Police disconnecting CTV cameras should be a criminal act and a immediate termination.
i think it is
@@willr.9903it unfortunately isn't. It's wrong. But 2 weeks paid suspension is the worst they'll see
@@sloshed-rat If my work gave me 2 weeks holiday like that. Id just do 26 no nos a year and live in bali
It should be a criminal act with real consequences like 2 year minimum sentence.
and by termination I mean like in an "Arnold Schwarzenegger" sense, not in a "getting fired" sense.

What about the lemon pound cake
What about the gate too
While your donation is commendable, I doubt Afroman is requesting for money to fix his door. He's expressing frustration over the poor treatment of his property over baseless accusations.
The sheriff was absolutely EYEING that cake. Did he eat some?
He ate it all on the way to the evidence room
Like those music CDs -- probably evidence if it's the right flavor.
Of course he ate it, after they disconnected the cameras.
He didn't, because he got high
I hope he got some.
Knowing they sued you for "Emotional distress, and humiliation" over this music video makes it 100x better. Legendary.
And hypocrisy of them saying he invaded their privacy💀

I hope they really got emotional damage
They deserve this after traumatizing your kids over NOTHING
I know right, also said he damaged their reputation, what reputation is that? One of getting away with it?

They are suing him simply because he shared their actions with the public and they are embarrassed by their own behavior. This video is absolutely brilliant!
Good for him, because he can counter sue for real damages and real emotional distress win win
Wrong. They are not embarrassed by their own behavior. They are embarrassed because other than randomly taking it out on helpless individuals as usually, this time the broad public got to witness the shit they keep doing. Ain’t supposed to happen.
Bro, this is 100% reality and they will NEVER admit it. They will fight it till the end. Glad Afroman seems like he is willing to fight it!

truly had me thinking wow these cops are pathetic and have absolutely nothing to do in Ohio. Checking the CDs and clothes pockets, thats where a child/ teenager would hide their tiny bit of weed or pills in there. WHY did they have to disconnect the house cameras?? I want ONE viable reason why that needed to be done, beside cover up something ILLEGAL the officers are doing. Like possibly planting a drug somewhere. thats shameful and pathetic!!! NO reason why a professional even though illegal, home search was not allowed to be filmed on CCTV made to protect the homeowner,
Well....
Afroman won the internet for the year.

I would have never discovered this gem without the lawsuit. That police department is making Afroman more famous and it is just truly a win. The lawsuit won't even make it in front of a judge.
Amazing how many people aren't aware of the Streisand Effect.
Never listened to any of his songs and now all of em are on my playlist because of the lawsuit maybe the officers were big fans and knew he would make amazing music from this event
I highly recommend looking further back into the case before the lawsuit, it looks like they raided his house because he bugged them too much about his house being burglarized previously.
Unfortunately nothing is going to happen because the feds don't care a bit about some rich black dude getting railed by a corrupt small town he chose to live in, that's their jurisdiction and they're free to terrorize everyone in it.
Yeah, it will. But the DISCOVERY part of this suit will be LEGENDARY. When you dox yourself....

"Why does the warrant say narcotics? Well... I know narcotics... but why the kidnappiiinnggg?" AFROMAN LEGEND
I literally laughed out loud when i heard it
Cannabis is not a “narcotic”.
@@jonahzablow2132 it's classified as a narcotic in some states, and in some government documents. ~I~ am a stoner, i don't consider it a narcotic, but I'm not a government.
@@jonahzablow2132 Yes, it is.
@SanctusPaulus1962 The term narcotic (/nɑːrˈkɒtɪk/, from ancient Greek ναρκῶ narkō, "I make numb") originally referred medically to any psychoactive compound with numbing or paralyzing properties.
From an interview he said, “I asked myself, as a powerless Black man in America, what can I do to the cops that kicked my door in, tried to kill me in front of my kids, stole my money and disconnected my cameras?" Foreman told NPR in an interview. "And the only thing I could come up with was make a funny rap song about them and make some money, use the money to pay for the damages they did and move on." 💗💗 love you Afroman, this is the best
That is literally not the best. That is the saddest. Black people are literally powerless and can never get justice. Making money off a song and "moving on" is what Black people have done for 200 years and it's SAD, not cute or cool.
Adding to the other comment, it’s not what most people are in the position of being able to do when the police kick down their door
@@gladitsnotme They want you to think it happens because people are black, rather that just because police are corrupt and unaccountable. The conflict should be elites vs us regular people, rather than letting the elites divide us on race.

What business do they have disconnecting the cameras? The real criminals right there
Dear OG Afroman, never change...
"Are there kidnapping victims in my CDs?" is fucking crazy 🤣
the question is... who rased the kidnapping? The police acts on tips. The judges place a warant. Anyone can place a tip... there was even a case of murder by calling cops due to a webchat dispute... people would SWAT the victim, claming they kidnap someone. And because it is a serious crime its a DEATH and LIFE situation, police has to respond quickly. So FAKE calls started to show.... and an innocent man was killed. By someone that never left his seat behind a keyboard.
@@sitcomsTV nah that ain't some tip if someone called they just go straight there without a warrant and get everyone out
This was a warrant they worked on this probably weeks if not months they just made up shit at the kidnapping part

the tip has to have probable cause For a warrant to be signed.
I’m a 38 year old artist, disabled veteran, ex cop with an educator for a wife, who has still never tried weed, if you say KC Beck is involved in narcotics, or kidnapping they are gonna survey and talk to me first.
They will ask around, I’m squeaky clean, and I’m too slow to run from the law, so I don’t break it.
I can tell you when you swear out a warrant they require the reasonable suspicion or probable cause, to even get the process started.
@@KCBeck But they don't get that in a lot of swatting cases because its a fast process and they need to get in immediately because people could die orherwise. The police need the warrant at a slower pace, but those rules and regulations are often ignored by the police as well...

Didn't afroman cold clock a girl that was dancing on stage during one of his concerts? And then blame it on his anxiety?
@Shayne Gallagher what's that have to do with his case? I
I'm really sorry that happened. Acab truly. Also, i love that your entire house is green. I love green, it's awesome.
Noted: Afroman keeps a clean house.
The way you ask them “Why are you stealing my money?” has me on the floor. 😂
Did you find any kidnapping victim in my CDs?
My hard working tax paying money
This is the best way to go about this heinous situation. Huge respect to the real OG Afroman
He was going to get all pissed off about it but then he got high and wrote this song....
Sunlight is the best antidote to these corrupt thugs.
You have no idea what's happening. He says he knows why it says narcotics. So that tells you he has narcotics that he shouldn't have or too much. However it works he's showing you what he wants to show you. If this was just corruption then why don't they do this every year to him and every other person in the US who has money? People are so brainwashed by these celebrities.
They're not good people. They don't deserve our respect or kindness.
This is the way to clown on the clown-show.
Who was the judge who signed the warrant? He deserves another song 😂😂😂
This should be the new American national anthem
From experiences in life I’d say being through a raid is nothing to laugh at, but damn Afroman proved me wrong. This is amazing
his a meme lord from the heavens.
Wish I had cameras for when they broke into my house, because I wouldn't answer the door.... then got arrested for obstruction lmfao tyrants
It would be funnier if it wasn't so maddening.
@@chucknorris277been there too it's the worst way to wake up at 3am 😅
I hope he gets paid by the Adams Sheriffs and I hope they lose their lawsuits.
They stole his money, claiming they "miscounted" it the first time.
Hopefully all of these dirty cops are defamed like the cowards and thieves they are.
The fact that they're suing you cuz they are petty as fuck is so foul you making a big comeback is what the world needed man 🔥❤️ Love you G keep up the amazing work
Streisand effect strikes again, babyyyy!
As a matter of fact the song rocks 😅😅😅
@@Dice-Z it’s why I’m here! 😂
The whole situation is so wild. How dare they sue him over hurt feelings LMAO.
Nah petty isn’t the word. They evil and corrupt
The reality is scarier than any horror movie.
Afroman for president!!
I just wanna say.. the "did you have to traumatize my kids" part was sobering and I did stop grinning ear to ear.
Same here. I can't imagine a child having to be fearful in that way.
Yes, that part was pretty sobering. I couldn't laugh at that part. I hope his children are doing better now.
At least now, when the kids grow up and look back on the whole terrifying incident, they'll see dad speaking out to defend them.
Same here
It's not an Afroman song if it doesn't have a part where the goofiness turns to real darkness
"I messed up my entire life... because I got high"
