- Lets get rowdy!! We had the chance to go run the trail Hanging Tree outside of Ephraim, UT a day after a flash flood swept through it! Mother Nature has her own plans of keeping us on our toes!

Hey guys,
Just ordered a Defender Limited Max and I’ve very interested in the build you’re going to do on your car. Will you post those videos. Thanks for the inputs on portals, can’t wait to start my build too.
Happy Holidays
Congrats on the new machine! Hit us up with any questions slikrokproductions@gmail.com
We ran this trail last month and it was awesome! However it was dry except for a small pool of water just before the waterfall. Y’all did it in the mud!! Well done.
That is awesome Brent! Yea she was a different beast with mud caked all over our tires and the rocks, so much fun though!
This video never gets old!
Appreciate that!
Way to go. Everything looks great! Awesome filming!
Killer video! Thank you!
Thank you Aaron!
Like your vids. Im tired of thes mud hills with a few rocks in ky. Looks like i need to take a trip out west
You wouldn't regret it!
Badass ride thanks bro 🍻 It looked like a blast 🙌
Thank you and it sure was!
SlikRok Productions I came back to read your replies and noticed that RUclips yet again did not record my thumbs up 👍 on both videos so I’m adding them to my Rzr mods playlist 👌
You are the man!!
Yeah i want portals too. Hopefully my new 32s dont eat belts and rob too much power. Is a clutch kit and tune worth doing on a stock 1000. Or will i be fine .
Nathon Smithson you should be good to go, we actually don’t run clutch kits. Only oem clutching
Rock on dudes!!! 🤟 love it and the videos keep up the good work guys!
Appreciate that!
Good location! Something different than Red Rocks. I need more action shots in my video than POV, but when one does nothing but trail riding, you can't really get good action shots like you get Jake. Unless I had drone that followed me, but I really enjoyed watching this video! I like the more forest trail scenery in this video.
Thank you man! We have trails like this all over, we usually ride more mountain trails in the summer because Moab and Sand Hollow get to hot!
Another bad ass video! love them.
Much appreciated!
hello gental men i hear some folks stating portals heat up and leak because there is no heat vent, could you plase measure temps on the protals before - partway thru and at end of rides, and also measure rear diff as a comarison. I just subbed and am an old disabled mechanic and have been wathching alot of portal vids, thankyou
We have only ever had portals leak once do to heat and it was 110 degrees in moab and we were running them at 60 mph for an extended period of time. We have been running portals for a year and a half and the heat thing is really not an issue in our opinion. The entire year we are running 60+mph full days on the trail and no leaking issues.
I'm going to be picking up an 18 XP4T pretty soon and wanted to know if you're able to bolt up 32s and running stock clutch? You guys have some badass rides!
Appreciate that Nate! Yes you can just be careful on the throttle if crawling or you will eat through axles and belts from the added rolling mass. We only run stock oem clutching!
SlikRok Productions it sounds like 32"s will fit without a lift, in your experience is that true? I appreciate the response!
Yes that is true. When you get bound up you still might rub. It also depends on how wide of tire and what offset wheel you run.
What could you recommend for a 32" tire that would handle multiple types of terrain for me in Montana. Mountains are jagged granite and mud, slick river rock beds and also wet and dry sandstone. And then the cage is going to be one of my first upgrades as well. Vent and SDR are what I've come across so far. Appreciate the responses. I keep re-watching your videos with the XP4's 👍😎
Really appreciate that Nate! So for a good all terrain 32 I would highly consider the STI Roctane! It is by far our favorite multi terrain setup! Vent builds a phenomenal cage, it is what I have on my gray and teal XPT.
Not really tired of the slick hills just hate washing this thing.lol
Hey what kind of fenders /bed do yall recomend. Everytime i flip over something cracks.they dont make plastic like they used too
We always just replace with oem.
I had my cage builder put fender flare protection on my last cage build. Adds some weight but worth it to me for the protection.
Good call, exo-skeleton cages are sweet!
SlikRok Productions yeah I love mine!
Yeah i dont replace. My new ones are still in the garage.lol
Lol nice!
Any idea if anyone makes a roof rack for a 2seater x3. I have looked and looked?
Not that I have seen, I know several of our cage guys here in Utah would custom make one though!
Could you send me their contact info?
I would check with Dekon at Vent Racing in Clearfield Ut, Vern at Rebel Style Kustoms in Draper Utah, Or Rich at Sandworks in Kaysville Ut!
I think this is the first video I've seen with Rory's machine!
ruclips.net/video/GeZiA_hB6gk/видео.html
SlikRok Productions I've watched that one! Dunno how I missed Rory's machine!
Haha that is funny!
I need some portals 😍😍😍😍😎😎😎😎🤯🤯🤯🤯
Best thing we ever did!
SlikRok Productions do y'all have the g1 or the g2 I'm really thinking of getting them soon
We are running both on several different machines. They only sale gen 2 now.
SlikRok Productions ok thanks for the info really appreciate it
Always happy to help Ryan!
that 900 is nasty !!
Yes it is!
