Tnx, glad ya enjoyed & yes, I’ll be doing more of these (sporadically) Note: while I don’t teach on #shorts, I do have some magi. tutorials ruclips.net/p/PLt9wm4h2ErmIR88HZb-Jk_79DbPQB33Bv
The pharaoh shuffle is more than just using this apparent method. It requires that it interleaved 100% perfectly, allowing you to shuffle while still knowing what the cards are doing. It is an expert move but you’d never know it from the video because he describes bridging, which most people already know. Weird.
Wow. This is by far the best tutorial I've seen for faro shuffle. Its quick. Shows you EVERYTHING. Shows a hard bend for the shuffle so you know that you can't put to much pressure and that you need a lot. I'm very comfortable with the bridge and some other shuffles but I've been putting off the faro. About to go practice using this
this man never fails to confuse while amaze me, now he really mastered the tutorial. like seriously, you are so underrated, but doesn't mean I would stop watching your content! keep the good work! Also I have an idea or challenge for you! Duplicating a cardboard into at least than 5? take a break when you need it, we love and support you Sir Doug conn!
I expected this to be a truck, but was actually taught something I've never been able to do. I've always just overhand shuffled. I don't have cards on me, rn and I'll prolly still never get it down, but it was nice to see someone explain it as well as that
Nice tutorial! Normally RUclips tutorials go into a long 20 min video just over a very simple move or flourish. It takes practice but I like it shorten up sometimes
This reminded me of when I first learned how to faro shuffle, I was so happy to get it haha. Been awhile since I've practiced my cardistry. The last things I was working on was a one handed faro shuffle which is really hard for me to get consistently and the riffle fan which looks awesome but it takes a lot of time to get down and you have to have some brand new slippery cards for, at least I do. Great tutorial, keep it up wizard!
REALLY BEND THOSE CARDS did it for me, thank you for showing me that I can do it to. I seem to have a harder time forming the bridge over the actual shuffle.
Finally I can improve on my shuffle. Love the show. I'd like for the things you do to be fully explained. Why you say? Well when you are good (You are good) pass the torch on so magic and illusions never die. I've been enjoying your videos. Keep them coming. Take care! ✌
Interesting. I've always done it the other way around. Instead of going to the top of the deck to the pointer finger side, I go to the pinky side to put the halves together. I can see the advantage of having the first finger to square against.
Mate you are a legend, I understood the mechanics of this but lacked the intricate details of hand/finger positions. Not to mention the cards I was using were terrible! But thanks to you, everyday I'm shuffling! 🕺🏾
You are the uncle I always needed in my life... in elementary school I tried the I can predict every card in the deck trick for show n tell I did the trick correctly but it failed horribly I got made fun of apparently everyone knew how the trick was done lmao I could have used you as a mentor lol
Ok did you include every step? I bought brand new cards, and I’m doing it exactly how you were, but the cards won’t separate to let each card through in the pharo shuffle. And when they do, the cards don’t over lap. They just stay there. And the gap when that happens is big enough for multiple cards to go in between one slot
Excellent demo. You make it look easy (I'm looking at several decks, on my card shelf, that i destroyed years ago trying to learn the Faro.. Lol). I've never seen the Faro edition. I have the Richard Turner's which are supposed to be easier to Faro... I gotta get these. Thank You!
I taught myself this in high-school... it was 3am and I couldn't sleep so I decided to screw around with cards.. .. I also figured out how to multiple by 9s using my hands XD... insomnia sucks... 14yrs later.. I'm watching yt instead
E its so smooth also i like how you are always so lovely when explaining a trick and whit sutch enthusiasm that its so fun to watch. Sorry foor the terrible english
You make it look so easy. I’ve been practicing faro with a theory 11 deck. I tried with a bridge deck and that was awful. Also working on one-handed cuts (reason for the bridge deck). I’ve been separating reds and blacks to see if my faros are successful. Usually about 10 cards in the top one-third don’t want to comply
Did anyone noticed that at the beginning of the clip there was a heart on the cards, and that he magicaly let it disappear. And that there was an ace of spades on the bottom of the deck, and in the end it's a Joker?. Having that said, thanks for this explanation of the Faro and Bridge Shuffle
Where I have seen this guy 🙄 Was he also in Hollywood or some web series. By the way, I love his expression and happy face, and he is so superb in his tricks. 👍👍🙏🙏
Excellent, more like this please! I know you can't give magic secrets away but card cuts and shuffles etc are always appreciated!

With faro shuffle you can do a lot of semi-automatic magic effects, also is an elegant way to shuffle.
I find the older I get the better I can shuffle ….. At walking that is! Thanks for the tutorial. 😊
