    This is absolutely brilliant! I love the genius idea of using the bits of napkin background to add layers. Of course I love the whole piece and how well you explain your work, step by step. It really makes it easy to follow along.

    Each stroke, each layer contributed to a stunning piece. Your eye and your hand create visual music.

      You do such an amazing job. Love your videos on how you teach in simple ways and don’t assume we know how to do it. Love the napkin technique to add texture. Thank you!

    Another question, what is your table top that you are mixing the paint on?
    BEAUTIFUL work!

    • @KarenBurchill
      @KarenBurchill  Год назад

      I got a piece of glass cut the size of my tabletop, so my whole table is covered in glass. Easy cleanup...smooth surface ( only problem is reflection when doing videos so I often use craft mat on top to block the reflection...but much prefer the glass top

    I’d love to know where you get your stencils for journaling. Also where you get your art supplies please.

    • @KarenBurchill
      @KarenBurchill  Год назад

      95% of my stencils are TCW. The crafters workshop brand. I shop wherever but ninnysnapkins.com has lots of the TCW stencils and other art journaling supplies I use they ship internationally. There is a link in the description box.

    Are you letting each paint layer dry first?

    • @KarenBurchill
      @KarenBurchill  Год назад

      Usually I mix paint/blend wet on wet...to get other shades. But I do dry in between when I need a dry surface or when I don't want anything to move. K
