Me too. Don was so much like Robin Williams. So funny and talented with an incredible amount of charisma but hid his sadness away. Fox4 has never been the same. We miss you Don!!! ❤
I used to watch him every morning before school as a kid. It hasn’t been the same without him I actually haven’t watched the news in about how many years ago he passed away now
just browsing thru an he was cool. l remember how much of a good sense of humor he had so its hard to believe he was depressed... loved his Buick though too...Will be missed
I just read a news article about a Fox 2 Detroit meteorologist that took her own life. That made me sad bcuz it made me think of Don. He was such a joy to watch. He helped me start my day out in a good mood.
I can't believe its already been over a month sense Don passed away Its really sad i watched him every morning. About 2 months ago i met the chief meteralogist Mike Thompson at my work. I just wish that i met Don Harman just once before this happened We miss you Don. R.I.P
Hi everyone, We are wearing our mourning clothes. Kansas City will miss our morning wake up with the clever and funny Don Harman. Some thought him funny, some criticized him as 30%, but he was part of us. We will sorely miss him and pray for his wife, Monica, and his precious daughter Avery Jo, also his dad and the morning news team at Fox 4. We knew something was wrong, kept asking ourselves "when will they shave those beards?". We thought maybe it was the beard, we missed the clues. Sorry.
@gold5stayontarget We noticed a change in Don Harman's attitude, brightness and facial expressions, he and Mark were growing beards for prostate awareness and we thought well "maybe he doesn't seem himself because of the beard". We saw he was missing his cues and seemed distracted and just not as bright and bantering and funny as usual. We overlooked the cues of severe depression and suicidal ideologies. We are very sad. Thanks for asking.

What a GREAT tribute. Best way to remember him is for how funny and intelligent he was. RIP Don, and I hope you're in a happier place now.
