Anyone not weak minded, with even basic critical thinking skills, and an unimpaired memory understands that Trump is disqualified for his actions after the 2020 election. While the 14th Amendment doesn’t specifically that a candidate must first be convicted, the courts this year will make the determination of his guilt.

Then Maine's secretary of state ruled the same. Look up the 14th Amendment section 3. Trump is already being prosecuted for the attempt to overturn his 2020 loss that culminated with Jan 6. But section 3 doesn't require a criminal conviction to take effect. Dozens of lawsuits have been filed to disqualify him, none have anything to do with Biden. It's up to the Supreme Court, until then DT remains on CO & MA ballot.
