    Great video! Great insight into what lawyers do and addressing some misconceptions people have about lawyers! I recently graduated law school and passed the bar exam. Unfortunately I lost my job due to coronavirus cutback and I started a channel documenting my journey back to getting a job and starting my legal career. I decided I would use this setback as a set up to make a comeback! I would love any feedback people have! Keep up the great content!

    Thank you for making the video. I wondered if you have any views on whether law firms should aim to get as many directories listings as possible, or engage with only the top one or two in the market. We have different views within our firm. And I'm very surprised with the huge effort (time, resources and money) law firms spend on legal directories activities, and also the fact that from our client listening most clients select their lawyers somehow based on rankings (both clients with no knowledge in the market, and the experienced ones who use directories as a confirmation of their choices). Out of your 8 tips, do you think any of them carries more weight? THANKS

      Great question! There is value in being listed in multiple directories from an SEO perspective. Plus, different directories power different maps services or voice search apps.
      However, it can also be too much of a good thing, especially if no one is managing potential comments or reviews on these platforms. Top Rated Local is a great option, especially if you're an ABA member! www.topratedlocal.com/partners/aba/

    Reviews are the most absurd and demeaning aspect of this business. Clients don't understand the business. How are they fit to review me? It'd be like my reviewing someone who writes trading algorithms.

    • @Marketing360
      @Marketing360  5 лет назад +4

      Clients/customers don't need to understand the business to be qualified to write reviews. How did you make them feel? Where you responsive to their needs? Did you provide great customer service? Did you take the time to educate them? These are all areas that clients can comment on that will either bring in, or turn away, new prospects.
