Sindhi Mitho Lolo Recipe in Sindhi (Hindi Subtitles)

Mitho Lolo is a very popular recipe during Thadri, a Sindhi Festival, that is celebrated 8 days after Raksha Bandhan.
This festival is celebrated to honour the Goddess Jog Maya. On this day Sindhi's do not use the gas to cook anything, and eat only food that has been cooked the previous day (without warming it).
Mitho Lolo is a thick sweet roti that is usually eaten with other dry cooked dishes such as bhindi, potatoes etc. The Mitho Lolo can be eaten at any time and even stored safely for 1-2 days if required. Parents usually send Mitho Lolo to their married daughters as festive offerrings.
