I am from UP, and my mother also makes similar thing except she fries it like moti poori. We call it Thokwa. And definitely it’s eaten with achar and stays fresh for 3-4 days.

Meri nani aur maa banakar deti thi,wae kheti thi ki sheekh le jab tu nani banegi toh bacho ko kaun banakar dega,lekin nahi bana hi nahi pati thi thadri pe bahar humare Sindhi saheliyo se kehkar banvati thi aap ka video dekha Himmat ki koiki toh 2/3 baar banayi hai ekdum mast bani aur kal aur thoda sahas kar 😅 Lola banaya believe mein i was so happy to have succeeded my nephew was my tester and I passed in this dish so all the kudos to you. Thadri ji crore crore vadayun tawa khe auo tawan je parivaar khe. hettre aasan tareeke sa recipe budayava 🙏🙏😋😋😋👌
