This is the perfect music for Empress Theresa as she has a white gooey ball called HAL inside her stomach and her dialogue is robotic but completely devoid of logic. In my mind, Theresa a mechanical spider and Norman Boutin is attached to her chest.
It's not you. All Star Battle wanted to be as close to the manga as possible without a) having everyone look the same, and b) having different versions of the same character look too different. The anime didn't have such qualms, and freely tinkered with Dio's Part 1 design, borrowing more elements from Part 3 than were originally there, and making him look cooler overall.

DIO was the biggest let down in history in my opinion, you have this 40 episode buildup to finding dio, then some angry student comes in and steals his ability.
I do too (and i like his abilities more than DIO's ones)

i agree, i think vampire powers and abilities and hamon are cooler than stands. stands are far more powerful though.

This dio basically was a ruthless teenager who rejected his humanity just to get the power to conquer all
He killed many women just to get food from them
Tricked a mother who got a baby
Kissed a girl who wanted to marry jonathan
He even got a chance of stealing Jonathan's body and then wait 100 years
Like, Jonathan thought that he finally killed dio and the World was saved
But in the end, he knew the fact that Dio had stolen his body and he killed Joseph (not really)
This is the perfect villain for an 1990's anime

This is the perfect music for Empress Theresa as she has a white gooey ball called HAL inside her stomach and her dialogue is robotic but completely devoid of logic. In my mind, Theresa a mechanical spider and Norman Boutin is attached to her chest.

It's not you. All Star Battle wanted to be as close to the manga as possible without a) having everyone look the same, and b) having different versions of the same character look too different. The anime didn't have such qualms, and freely tinkered with Dio's Part 1 design, borrowing more elements from Part 3 than were originally there, and making him look cooler overall.
There's something in morse code at 4:41, but I'm too lazy to decode it. Maybe it's just noises, but if anyone's curious...
It's stock imovie sounds, don't expect an easter egg. As for the translation, it's just BC(3*)TA0WBC031 (*not a real character but close)
