DIO's Dead!", the seed begins to mutate on his body while Keicho does everything in his power to kill his dad. So this interaction means Keicho thinks Diego is DIO and is asking him how to cure his dad.

Mostly the characters just say something familiar about the DLC character. So their interaction intros and outros only come from their taunt quotes and victory quotes.
When I first started asbr I was wondering where alternate Diego was, and here he is. Now, we just need the character with the best localized name... Yep, you guessed it! Bruford/Blueford! Call me crazy, but I think he'd be a perfect addition.
