I think the reason people crap on Scream but not this is that Medusa is a standout at its park while Scream is forgettable
I do think Medusa is a stronger ride too. The inversions are way better.

I agree Scream isn't an original layout, but not all clones are bad. I'd take the original RMC Raptor layout over a lot of RMCs.
I've been on Medusa, Scream at Magic Mountain, and Rougarou at Cedar Point, and Patriot at Great America. So I've only been on 4 floorless coasters but this one takes the cake by far. Even though Rougarou technically has a straight drop, Medusa's just feels a lot stronger better. Medusa's front row gives some nice floater down that drop but in the back it REALLY take your breath away! Also I really feel like Medusa's layout and elements flow together better in my opinion. Scream has a rattle and is a mediocre in the sense that it's mirror'ed clone, and when I rode Rougarou I noticed a slight rattle too, as well as some rough spots on the elements. Medusa has managed to keep perfectly smooth over the years and is still in my top 10 coasters I've rode. Only thing that would make the ride a 10/10 would be a nice repaint, re-theme, and re-landscape under the ride itself. But since the GP doesn't care about that stuff it wont happen probably ever.
I agree Medusa's drop is much better than Rougarou's. It's also unlikely Six Flags ever does anything about the parking lot under Medusa since the ride is a headliner as it currently stands. Paint could happen though!

I have been on Dominator and Rougarou. I love Dominator, super intense and in my opinion underrated. I even enjoy Rougarou quite a bit and look forward to riding more floorless coasters in the future.
I really don't like Rougarou's second half, but I agree Dominator is great.

I've only ridden 2... Rougarou, & Superman: Krypton coaster, and I absolutely love Superman, so I'm really excited to ride Medusa sometime

I think you should do some more reviews on the parks overall. For example after hearing your announcement on Mt. Olympus only being open to overnight resort guests for the 2020 season, I would like to hear about your overall experience while you were there. Maybe you can also do comparisons on one park to another. For example, I'd like to hear your opinion on how this park compares to nearby California's Great America.
I definitely plan to do more park reviews. I probably have enough to do one for CGA sometime in the near future.

About the Medusa one, Canobie Coaster would say...
A) It is not super steep, but it does give some weak floater airtime in the back.
B) It gives some solid floater airtime in the back.
C) It gives sustained floater airtime in the back, it feels more like a B&M hyper.
And about the one on that CCI racing wooden coaster, while there is a trim brake but I don't mind it, Canobie Coaster would say...
A) It's a decent one.
B) It's a good one.
C) At the top, you turn right and come face-to-face with my biggest issue with this coaster, the trim brakes.
D) It's a fine one.
Medusa's drop has solid floater. Stampida's drop is ruined by a trim.

Kraken at Seaworld Orlando also is a B&M looper with a straight drop.
For whatever reason, that drop isn't quite as good.
Interesting. I think Medusa might be better because it whips you down the drop while Kraken’s drop is more gradual even in the back row.
Could be! Dragon Khan's feels similar to Kraken's as well.

Superman, Hydra, and Wildfire have better ones, but Medusa has solid floater (moreso than the remaining ones).

Superman and Wildfire have great floater airtime. Medusa is a bit less, but it's more air than the others you named.
I love this one, but I do prefer Dominator.
Love Dominator except for the fact it's missing a zero-G roll.

Has a straight drop.
B&M Floorless coasters are not a big deal for me. With that said Medusa is a solid ride and my second favorite floorless behind Superman Krypton at SFFT although I still have to ride Dominator and Kraken. I would say Medusa is like a 6.5/10 or 7/10 for me and is a lot better than Scream at my home park.
B&M floorless coasters round out lineups though.
