Please make a video on those who couldn't match for 10-20 years. There are lot of talks out there about how to match but no one sheds light on that part.

Hello Dr Tariq! Thank you for inspiring and informative video.
I am in the old IMG boat (10 years) with home IM residency + clinical + teaching experience and good step 1 score (not good as you though)
I have one question, suppose if someone wants to get into competitive speciality or want to match as an old IMG, and willing to do all these research, clinical experience, publications, etc, how one would manage their finances without draining family money?
I have this personal obstacle. I don’t mind waiting for things, but how to manage finances while we build up CV for career in USA, is the question that always bugs me and I know nothing about.
Any suggestions in your experience ?
Additionally, may I email you directly? I need some advice that I think you can help me with.
    Thanks and regards!
