Hi, I'm on a j2 dependent visa with my EAD and can work full-time. However, my wife who is completing her medical residency is about to get her h1b sponsored job in a hospital. Now the question is how this will impact my visa and my work permit would I be forced to get h4 visa and sit idle until she gets her Form I 140 or can I get a different visa? I am really concerned as I'm a highly-paid software engineer and can't afford to lose work or have uncertainty.

Just a query - in the required documents it is mentioned in the point (5) that "Graduates who are not registered from PMC have to submit an undertaking that they will obtain PMC license and ger their qualification registered within a year of completion of training" Is this point related to doing housejob ? Could you pls elaborate on this point it's rather vague
