After watching the video, what is the best way to take a slow deep breath?
Do we breathe into our chest, or into our belly?
Let's try to take a belly breath together? Let's put our hands on our bellies, and take a slow deep breath, allowing our bellies to get big like a water balloon, now let's breathe out, allowing our bellies to relax.
Do you think you could practice taking a slow deep breath before going to sleep? Or before class? Or during class?
