FX-Audio Tube-02 Pro Tube Class A Headphone Amplifier, Vacuum 5725 Tube Preamp

This is a very nice Mini Hi-Fi Integrated StereoThis is a very nice Mini Hi-Fi Integrated Stereo Class A amplifier, has plenty of sound with body and sound stage, a pleasure to listen to.
I really like the two aux inputs; I was able to connect a turntable and a DAC to this tube preamp giving me a warm but clear sound.

I bought one of these from amazon after seeing your review. Unfortunately, I am getting a noticeable hum in the background which is most annoying during the soft/silent passages of music. I wonder if that hum can be eliminated by using ferrite beads(?). Did you get any background noise/hum when you tested the Tube-02 Pro?

Greetings @DrFlippin sorry to hear that you’re having a problem with your system, I haven’t had this problem, I would first say that ferrite beads could help with the noise, and may be the solution, but if I was within the return window , I would just get a replacement . And even before that I would contact FX AUDIO-HIFI College here is their email [e-mail] I dealt with them before and they were great to work with.

@@Viewmydesktop Thanks for commenting back. I just want to say that I've made a few purchases after watching your reviews, and they have all been good. Everyone watching your channel should keep in mind that your reviews are mainly on budget/affordable equipment, and in that context, I think your channel is the best. As I've said before, there are quite a few channels that started off (or still called themselves) 'budget/affordable' but as their followers grow, what defines a piece of gear as affordable seems to creep upward. So keep up the great work. And anyone reading this should SUBSCRIBE; it doesn't cost a thing and helps a channel grow.
I am just outside of the return window but I've heard that hifiCollege is good with their customers. I haven't poked too much at the TUBE-02 Pro (ie checking the tubes, moving all of the cables/cords away from other wires, etc.) so I haven't thoroughly checked it all yet. Some of the reviewers of this headphone amp report issues with noise and hum, so I know I'm not alone.
If I find a solution, I'll post it here.
