This is cute and well-meaning but - and I don't take pleasure stating this - these genial gestures and affectations will not imbue one with charisma. It's unfortunate, but charisma, if one isn't born blessed with the virtue, can only be learned and cultivated at childhood. Having said that, people can always work on their conversational skills, affability and self-esteem, which will help convey confidence :)
