AH HAH!! I did not know about the rigor mortis and the rubber chicken phenomenon (which I have definitely experienced..well, not the rigor mortis, but the rubber chicken for sure!). Anyhoo, and the browning of even a stewing bird! BRILLIANT! (I'm rereading this and hoping you're not going to think I'm teasing you cause I most certainly am not - the chickens I've currently got in the freezer are small and stringy and tough - well the sad part is we actually grew them ourselves but we did NOT refrigerate for more than a couple hours before freezing them....lesson learned for next year!)
And, as always, EXCELLENTLY entertaining video😀

Haha.. so haphazardly, but deliciously? 😆. Other people have said the same about the notifications. You tube probably hates us.

I can show you my way in cooking any sort of meat (chicken, turkey, pork, lamb, and Buffalow as well) in order to eat a healthy meal with a very low level of cholesterol. first of all, I put the raw meat only in a boiling water without any salt or any other thing. I leave the raw meat to be boiled till I find the boiled water become oily in consistence in about half an hour (this oily water I do not eat at all, because it contains a very dangerous cholesterol for my life, but I mix it with my poultry food, or I put it for my plant). Then either I fry meat in vegetable oil, or I put it in the oven to be soft and crispy. Then I add any spice, salt, and any other thing on the cooked meat ready to eat. In this way I can reduce the amount of spice, and herb I use in addition to I eat a very healthy nutritious meals at all times.

Y'all can't be posting this kind of stuff without asking us over for supper. Gotta be some kind of cruelty to food eaters law out there.

@North44farmstead might be worth it for a good cooked rooster. I would bring some Kentucky Bourbon Barrel Milk Stout to share...cause I haven't done PBR since college, and that has been a while.
