I would imagine you could take the same steps. I found the rooster to be quite moist even after the short time in the oven. Thanks for watching and reaching out.

+scrapzwtf Thanks for reaching out. I paid $5.25 per rooster to have them processed and bagged. I did not pay extra to have them labeled for sale since they were for our own consumption. I paid $5 for the box to transport them home in. The total for 14 roosters processed came to $78.50.
Thank you for reaching out. I have only processed mine around age 5 to 6 months. However, I have had many people interested in purchasing my older roosters or older hens for processing, I just haven’t taken them up on that offer.
Thanks for reaching out. Like @razorsazors said, it is an electric pressure cooker that uses steam and pressure to cook food. I really enjoy using it for many different things like sweet potatoes and ham. Thanks for watching.
Can we apart the rooster into pieces and take the same steps? And does the oven stage dry out the rooster? (sorry for my English)

How much do you pay for chicken processing?

Does it matter how hold the roosters are?

Is an instant pot the same as a pressure cooker?
Close enough. Instant pot is an electric pressure cooker
