    It was recorded that Nikola Tesla slept an average of 2 hrs/night, using Uberman cycle, and he is arguably one of the most brilliant minds and lived to 86. Can you shed light on this? 🙏🏽

      It is said yes he had that. Someone suggested yoga nidra also gives significant benefit

Everyday, I talk of your work with people like my friends, colleagues, clergymen/women (I am with the interfaith council in my county), and clients. You’re like the Carl Sagan in term of making laymen understanding difficult medical concepts and using them to help alleviate the suffering of human condition!

      Sleep for 8 hours minimum
      Do not avoid sleep
      Understand the basics

    How about medical and paramedic staffs doing night duty more than 12hours 3-4days in a week.what is the solution for them?
