Absolutely love the talk and found it very informative.
Could you please bring her back and talk about seniors, those in their 50s and 60s and beyond, how they can keep mentally fit and active to try and avoid having stress and stroke?
May be with a psychiatrist as part of the discussion?

Very nice! I used to suffer due to severe migraine since childhood, but it is totally edadicated by my regular meditation twice a day for the last 15 yrs. So also other psychomatic pains because all these pains are created by our mind to keep us its slave all the time!

Thank you mam. I take melatonin to go to sleep. I started it after a decade of low quality sleep which caused me migraine, and other behavioural disorders like anger irritability etc especially due to lack of sleep.
Can you please make a podcast on how to improve sleep quality and fall asleep quickly without any external medication.
Also I take 3 mg melatonin OTC purchase. But is it safe??

Hardly we get sound sleep. At the most , even if you sleep for 6 to 8 hours. 60 to 90 minutes is what you are able to get a sound sleep. Most of the problems are due to this. Hard to get a proper sleep.

We dump everything on the brain. Any number of GB or TB becomes less. Because every moment the brain starts recording, every event, whether it is important or not. For example if I see a worst vehicle accident and the blood shed. That memory will be there in the brain till we exit. Which is unwanted memory. One antidote I want to mention. If you don't want your brain not to record each and every incident in your life is : to be in the present. Normally we will be in the past or future. So the brain starts recording.

Unless you have a sound sleep. Where the brain gets complete rest. When I say sound sleep, I mean, without any dreams. Every cell of the body gets rejuvenated by sound sleep. Then migraine will not be a issue.

For example. If a Radio or a music performing device starts thinking that, it is performing well. How absurd will it be. Even our life is like that machine, which thinks that we are doing it
