    Another very nice video. David, nice job getting in so close so we can see detail. The adjustable table looks good and useful. I wonder where it came from?
    I saw some scaring on the tree from previous wire being on to long. Do you have a way to improve this?
    A coincidence, i just bought a small "twisty", mugo pine from a nursery in a plastic pot. Your video will help me a lot to style and pot it.
    Lastly, how long would you let the new candles grow before pinching back?
    The nursey is beautiful, love the birds chirping in the background.

    Beautiful Thank you for sharing. My 1st bonsai is a mugo pine. I was gonna either put it in a bonsai pot at the end of this summer or let it grow another yr in the pot it's in. What would you do? Put in a bonsai pot now or let it grow another year? I already cut it back. Probably way too much I didn't know any better with pines that once cut the branch won't regenerate. 😊

    • @Akatsuki-En
      @Akatsuki-En 2 месяца назад +1

      Healthy pines create an environment where mycelium can thrive but it isn’t necessary for the tree to grow. Healthy pines will produce their own over time. But if you have a pine that has mycelium already forming it seems to be a good rule of thumb to move it over. My guess here is that because the pine wasn’t in the best of health she didn’t want to use the old soil in her new mix
