You always make good videos. Do you know how to adjust the opening of the press? I've had mine a couple week and thinking of setting it out for the trash because it opens so little
Try a different vmbase color, yellow makes it blast outta orbit, but then if so red or blue and any of the main colors in the graphic. I shouldn't say anything because others will do my trick. Anyway this is just fun for me.
Seems like a lot of unecessary work. Why not use something like HTVRONT Sublimation HTV for Dark Fabric - cut it out, then print then cut the sublimation paper. Press the HTV first, then sub directly onto it? Quicker and easier than the three presses you had to do.
Sub on cotton doesn’t show the real colors. If you use a poly fabric then you don’t need the clear htv on white, but you’d still need white htv on black sub.
@Lisseth .M but why did he put the clear over the white on the black shirt? I understand the clear on the white. Just lost on the extra layer for the black
When u do white sub don't press the clear for 20 seconds press for 5 when u lift the press u will see the green looking film this allows u too place ur sublimation image on it it gives u a lil visual that's how I do it then press the image works like a charm
@@katiem4815 I believe it's because sublimation inks when not work on cotton shirts. So the clear htv allows the sublimation ink something to adhere to.
@@SouthpawsStudio there's many other videos out there showing how to sub into white HTV. So your saying the brand of htv you have specifically is the one that doesn't take the ink..??
I’m so confused??I thought the purpose was to make things simple. To much work for the same outcome. That’s for your time because I would not know without your help.
The idea of having to press three times ? Thats insane.... and the white on white....thats insane if you cant even see your first process....THREE TIMES ??????
Wow, that come out beautiful and so vibrant
I love it!
Good video. Feels like a plastic billboard on dark materials. We use it mainly for bags and non wearable items
OMG that came out Amazing! I am definitely going to use this method. Thanks so so much for the video ❤❤
No problem 😊
It washes well 😅. I’ve done it months ago. Shirt looks the same.
Good to know! I'm super excited about doing this going forward.
HELLO, I JUST ORDERED SOME CLEAR AND WHITE HTV VINYL FROM HTVRONT. I WILL TRY SOME SHIRTS TODAY.
You always make good videos. Do you know how to adjust the opening of the press? I've had mine a couple week and thinking of setting it out for the trash because it opens so little
Wonderful!! Thank you for sharing!! You are my inspiration!!!
You are so welcome!
I’m
Trying it thanks awesome info
On white cotton I'd rather use DTF film and a transfer powder. It provides a much better feel on the fabric when done.
couldn't you sublimate the white direct instead of 2 layers?
I have the same question.
No not on a cotton shirt.
Could you tell me which htv you used? The white and the clear?
Does the white htv underneath not melt because of the hight temp for the sublimation process?

Did you do a 3-4 wash test when I put it on white the black ink bleeds really bad after a couple of washes
Maybe it's my ink ????
I am converting epson 2800 like you but I’m confused on what I need for cotton and darks
Great Video!!! Thank You!
Glad you liked it!
Why do you need the clear on dark shirt? Can't we sub on the vinyl itself? I'm a Newby, just asking.
Mine leaves residue and doesnt let my sub image come out clear? What do you think im doing wrong?
How is it after multiple washings?
Great video, thanks
Glad you liked it!

I don't understand why you need the clear? Doesn't it work to just sub on the white?
And on the white shirt just use the clear

@@katiem4815 That way the sublimation comes out bright.
@@lisseth.m8573 it won't look good over just the white? I feel like 2 layers of essentially HTV would crack or peel.
Did you use sublimation ink ?
ok so is it 302 or 320 you have down on your screen 320 and you said 302 kinda confusing
NEW SUBSCRIBER
Did you use sublimation ink? I think someone else asked this question, but I didn’t see a response..
Yes, it's dye sublimation ink.
Thanks

OK THANKS. IM NEW TO THIS.
Why did you use the white and the clear HTV on the black shirt? Would the clear not work by it's self?
I was wondering the same thing, but I was thinking the white alone should have been fine. I don't understand the purpose of the clear.
@@katiem4815 I believe it's because sublimation inks when not work on cotton shirts. So the clear htv allows the sublimation ink something to adhere to.
What the reason to put the clear htv over the white. Can't you just sub on the white htv on the black shirt.
The white HTV doesn't take ink

Is it going to peel
I'm not 100% sure yet. I just started using this method. It feels like it will last a while, but I'll be running some tests.
Did you mirror I couldn’t hear
Not this one, because of no text
Why not just jet print on htv printable
Anyone tried the DTV?
INSANE .........
