Pink Sauce Pasta || पिंक सॉस पास्ता || Neelam Ki Cooking Diary

The sauce gets its pink color from the blend of tomato and cream sauce, making it really delicious. It has a tangy flavor from the tomato sauce and a creamy texture from the white sauce, without being too rich and heavy. This makes creamy sauced pasta more approachable!
Ingredients:-
Pasta 2 cup
Tomato 400 grams
Milk 2 cup
Refined flour 1.5 tsp
Cheese 200 gram
Butter 100 gram
Oil 2-3 tsp
Salt 1.5 tsp as required
Green chilli 2-3
Ginger 1 inch
Chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Capsicum
Mushroom
Baby corn
