  • Xavier Worthy, from the University of Texas, has swiftly become a notable figure in college football due to his remarkable speed and playmaking ability. Standing at an underwhelming 6 feet 1 inch and weighing 172 pounds, Worthy has utilized his athleticism to establish himself as a versatile threat on the field. His notable achievements include a freshman year with 62 receptions for 981 yards and 12 touchdowns, emphasizing his ability to be a game-changer from the get-go. He tied a bow on his Longhorns career with over 1,000 yards and 5 TDs his junior, to capture the second-highest career dominator rating (30%) in the class with the youngest breakout age at 18 years old.
    After moving up to the 28th selection, the Chiefs address the WR position. Adding Worthy's speed and route-running ability to this Mahomes-lead offense is very exciting. Fantasy-wise, it's hard to imagine a better landing spot for Worthy. He'll be competing with Marquise Brown, Rashee Rice and Travis Kelce for targets.

    His hand was broke when he had those drops bruh

    He had drops cause he played with a broken hand for half of his sophomore year… drop rate was around 13%
    His drop rate massively improved in his 3rd year once he healed up, had around 5-6% drops.

    Draft Mahomes in the late first round. Talent, schedule, everything is lining up. He’s going to have a monster year.

    • @nowwithdave
      @nowwithdave Месяц назад

      Pacheco as a RB2 with RB1 upside. Light boxes, speed (smaller) defenders on the field, plenty of TD opportunities, icing out games.

      @@nowwithdave There's no way Andy Reid will run the ball with all of these weapons. He's going old school Andy Reid and Skavenqblight is right. Mahomes is a first round fantasy pick and I'd even try and double up with Kelce and/or other wrs

    • @nowwithdave
      @nowwithdave Месяц назад

      @auomi8762 that's fair. Andy tends to be 70/30 pass/run. I still see TD opportunities, which is the primary reason Pacheco can benefit. But, yeah, he's not getting 20+ carries a game. Probably around 15 on average.
      Agreed on Mahomes and Kelce tho

    Blaming him for drops isnt fair, most of them came his 2nd year, where he played through a broken hand the entire season. So if drops are your concern, take it with a grain of salt.

      @@randyc8406 He wont have to worry about that much with Mahomes. On occasion sure, but its the rare exception not the norm.

    I'd make Toney purely a return guy with some RB plays

    • @dalehammers4425
      @dalehammers4425 Месяц назад

      Chiefs have already said Worthy will likely be the return guy.

    • @randyc8406
      @randyc8406 Месяц назад

      No. Toney is better down the middle or sideline, fighting for the ball and/or yds. That also depends on his availability. I doubt any1 will know, for some time,the entire story from 2023. I tend to believe once he was injured, Andy more or less benched him, likely due to attitude.
      Hopefully, since KC kept him, it means he realizes he’s likely not gonna find another team willing to take a chance on him

    Is this the end of Toney? No way......Toney just adds to the deep was on our team. If anything, if Toney just catches the ball how would teams guard us if we went 5 wide?

      They’re not getting rid of Rice, unless for some extremely rare quirk, they find out he lied (like K Hunt), he’s in trouble again (i.e., Clark) or he ends up in prison
