TEST MARSHALL JCM 900 DUAL REVERB (NO TALK)

Review of my Marshall JCM 900 Dual Reverb head (100w) with cab Mesaboogie 4x12
Recorded with 2 mics : Shure SM57 and Sennheiser MD421 with preamp IGS audio NE573. No eq or effects in Pro Tools, just the dry sound.
I used a Gibson Les Paul Standard with Seymour Duncan Slash Alnico pickups.

@@jimrockmusicthe cab is a huge contributor to sound Im wondering if people just hate the 900 because it sounds like shit with a T-75 cab. Sounds great here.

people hate them because they don't know they are actually a jcm 800 with an overdrive in front for high gain metal, and it does it well

the only way you will ever know what an amp sounds like is by being in the room listening to or plugged into the amp. smart phones,tabs and laptops wont cut the mustard and honestly if your running it into a recording interface why bother? People should just record it with the phone then at least its an honest tone
