This is what I didn't like about The Iron Claw movie..they acted like Mike had no career at all.He was married, he was PWI rookie of the year and he was decent in the ring. Thank you for another excellent bio!
@@jefferysteen1041 Mike was married less than a year 3 months in they separated so that was not necessary in the movie remember the character in the movie was Mike with a blend of Chris it is unfortunate they left Chris out given he would be the most hurt by that The movie could only hold so much tragedy

Mike was alright. He was avg or so. Which was good enough in my book, not everyone's gonna be a bright star. Really too bad that, that ate him up, along with probably some brain damage when he had that fever?

After Mike's near-death bout with toxic shock syndrome, Fritz wheeled what was practically a stuttering corpse to that press conference so they could promote the second Cotton Bowl show (watch the actual press conference and how they are blatantly promoting the show and had clearly given Mike lines to say, which he couldn't remember because his brain was mush). Even after it was clear that Mike would *NEVER* be the same (he was never good to begin with) and he couldn't even make it through promos, Fritz still made Mike go out there and be his performing monkey until he finally killed himself.
Dude, you're the first person I've seen do a biopsy on Mike Von Erich, God bless you

Magnificent! Excellent sharing! Bravo!

The opening of your videos makes it seem like a movie is coming on. Love it
The one on Terry Gordy made me feel like I made a movie.
Paramount I think
@@Sammy_Boy_Smith It is a little like the Paramount intro. I need a mountain top in there.
Thanks for this

That's what I've thought. They knew Akbar would take care of him in the ring. Kind of like Kerry having his first match against Gary Hart.
