It's so fun to watch this progress. Those panels look amazing - I hope to install something similar soon, on a smaller scale. Thanks for showing us all how this can be done.

      Cheers Aussie2u!
It's nice to have you aboard!😊
Are you thinking of going just solar, or solar + battery storage? How much kWp are you thinking about getting?
      Have a good one/

Did you move all the panels on a single charge? If so, what was your state of charge at the end of the day? How far did you have to travel? What was your average speed?

      Hey Ron! Jack here.
We didn't move them all on a single charge since we decided to top up the boat while we ate lunch. However according to the consumption it would have made it. We used roughly 10-15%/trip, and it is about 500m one way, so 1km round trip. We did 6 trips that day, so it *should* have done it with at least 10% to spare. We won't even talk about average speed here since it was crawling pace when loaded up.... didn't want to drop any panels😅
We just recently a production spec battery delivered and have been testing them for the past week. They have much improved capacity, and the range difference is dramatic. We have a range test video coming up with that new setup so stay tuned. It should be out in a week or so😊
Hope that answers your question. And also, turn on the notification bell so you don't miss the range test👍
      /Jack
