❤ the kitty w/one eye licking the other kitty on the couch ❤ so wonderful to see this kitty who has a disadvantage enjoying the advantages of a happy, healthy life where they are so surrounded by love and know they are held in high regard and considered worthwhile and precious.
The only that doesn't sound right for my cat is the tail wrapped around the body/legs. My cat does this frequently when resting/sleeping to stay cosy and warm.
We got a rescue kitten about 10 mths old. He often wrapped his tail around his body when he rests, and nearly always wraps his tail around his body/legs when he sits down, usually when wanting or waiting for something from us. He doesn't meow for attention, just sits in front of us that way. I know he's definitely healthy and fine.
My rescued Russian Blue siblings are super nervous and their tales are low when walking around. When they get within a yard of me the tails shoot straight up 😂 Then, after a few paces away it droops back down.😂😂 it's really funny to see☺
Very good video. Myblayest cat has some really messed up body language as he was raised in a house of dogs and an old man, who died, and i got hom at about 10 years old, and he was fixed at that old age, too. He has the big "bulldog" body of a tomcat, he's about 18 lb, all muscle, and super sweet. I adopt the older cats, and he's also on RUclips under "My cat plays fetch".
My BIg Orange cat is a purring machins..Very loving to anybody comes to see MOM!! Him and is old buddy (23 yo). Sleep with me every night. Big Orange very nosy!
So, which tail posture do you notice from your cat the most often? 🐈
@3:51 Great shot of the stiff/puff of the tail when stressed or scared.
Grateful

Our three cats, who we rescued from the wild most often have their tails straight up or straight up and hooked.

Agree my cats wrap their tails around themselves all the time and they're fine
Have you ever talked to a cat to verify this information?

Our older girl sits with her tail wrapped around her legs all the time. I always thought it was cute, and a little prissy, not a bad sign.
It's not always my cats do that as well and they're healthy

My cat Tiger-J shows me an upright tail every day.
What about shakey tail?
Very happy…🫶🏼
@marielarue6591it means they are excited. Our cat shakes her tail when she's excited or she was to spray.
Cats sing 🎵 If you’re happy and you know it raise your tail.
My two always have their tails up. Sometimes the end goes back and forth but most times straight up.

What if your cat doesn't have a tail?
My cat tucks her tail when I'm around her. Sadly it's to protect her tail. I have a bad habit of not noticing her tail and stepping on it.
you need to slow down on your speach, you are running all of your sentences together. withno breaks in between each word that you speak.
