I wanted to let you know I just got my license on ACC LFM thanks to your setups! I used C level 3 High DF, pre-update. I increase all my tire pressures a few clicks, and reduced TC to 5. Once again thank you so much!
This is awesome you took a lvl3 and adjusted it yourself to make it suit your own driving. I believe these are the first steps to eventually making and tweaking setups yourself and understanding how your car needs to act in the future as you gain more XP nice
Yeah, I really didn't know what to choose except I wanted high downforce. I figured why not start in the middle of the pack. I will tell you one thing. I subscribed to another setup site that's quite popular. I still could not attain my needed time. Even after tweaking their setups. I'm now going to cancel their subscription and stay exclusively with yours. Yours is the first that I actually got results. Ultimately I would love to setup up a car from the ground up but I'm still learning. But I'm confident with your setups and explanations, it will all begin to make sense.
I've been trying for months to get the LFM licence and I just tried your BMW set up but the BMW is just way too clunky. I just don't like driving it. Its like driving a tank!! Closest I got was 1:53. I managed to get it down to 1:50 in a Maclaren 720 EVO with a coach dave set up but that was working hard. No way am I gonna do 8 laps @ 1:48. 3 months been trying but no chance! You guys make it look so easy. Like your channel. 👍
@SimracingArnout Thank you for responding. What Im learning is that racing is not just going fast. More importantly, it is precision. Hitting your marks at a certain speed, braking for a certain time, trail braking. I thought i was something just getting my safety rating. Now i realize its so much more than that.

I'm sorry you don't like the BMW. What you could try: search my other license videos all that setups you can use for Barcelona
Same here, I can't get a time lower than 1'52" with Ferrari 488. It isn't easy.
@aprosimracing nothing is easy in a 488
@@SimracingArnout which car could be a good option? Thank you! PS, I don't own the latest car packages.
In that case try aston v8 or the mclaren
What camera settings do you use?
You mean in game?
@SimracingArnout yes.
ruclips.net/video/a7dLXvJ-8DM/видео.htmlsi=EVSl4nbLesPmR-_A sould be here somewhere
May I ask, after the video of yesterday, how you are finding moving in game steering lock to zero?
Not super sure but i guess i keep using it like this
Any update for Ferrari 296 ?
Not yet! Do you need something different?
Easier on Mustang 😎👌
Is it? Noice!
Errr it drives like a tank, fast though
I much prefer the AMG :)
I tried yesterday the closest i got is 1 lap at 149.545.
Keep at it, there is more time to be gained

@Reeser17 oh yeah man and those components you can practice for ages
@SimracingArnout yes you can. That's what I love about it. Always room for improvement
Barcalona?
Sorry fixed it
