Sir, I've started my proprietorship business on Aug 2022 and has no salaried/contractual employee till date. My question is, if now I register for ESIC & PF shall I have to pay any penalty for that?
If there is no employees in your company, you don't need to register for any of these. But, you may chose to volunteer for registering if you want. There is no fine. however it will add additional compliance for filing the return for the same. I would suggest wait until your firm has enough employee strength.
I have done incorporation of company in 2023,but havent taken PF Registration while incorporating. While registering PF iam getting message saying that u r not authorised for registration. Can you please tell the solution
