Crime Rates are down Reason to celebrate or just a dirty little Trick?!

Statistics say that crime is down in our city. For some reason I have a hard time believing it though. Is it just the biased perception of a recent crime victim, surrounded by other crime victims and their stories, or is there something more to it?

Yes I lived in Edm. and my Santa Cruz Superlight bike stolen about 10 years ago. Yes I had a hard time reporting it as well.

Sorry to read. So this isn't new at all. Wonder why nothing gets done about it.

@@the1andonly I could not afford to replace my stolen bike. Insurance was goin to go up higher than what the bike was worth!! You can go to the auction and even find your bike? I still recommend reporting it so the police have paperwork to track, lol, and you might get lucky.
