I had big time back pain as a carpenter and couldn't find a doctor to figure out why. I figured it out and it was Multiple Myeloma a cancer. My spine was getting eaten away from cancer. I was diagnosed with stage 4 and that was 13 years ago, I found the right doctor and I'm still here. 🙂
Can you please let me know who is this doctor because I have been having terrible back pain for nearly 4years now and everytime I go to my doctor he just keep on giving me pain killers. One time he told me I have a disc location.sometimes I will have terrible pain. This has affected my daily life a lot. Please help me by letting me know who this doctor is.thank you very much.
I have. Lowerback pain myself. It's sucks feels like. Your body getting cut in half. Or getting stabbed in the back..... Goodluck to everyone dealing with back problems
I have suffered from low back pain in the same area on my left side at my dimple in my back. It makes me miserable and lowers my quality of life and living. I can barely walk several feet before the pain starts; therefore I walk with my rolling walker and it helps alleviate some of the pain. I have taken so many pain killers that I am now concerned about my liver. I am now having bladder and bowel problems whereas, I can barely control them at times. I want to give up, but I do believe that the God I serve has a plan for me. I have read all of these comments and my love, support and prayers go out to you all. God Bless
Hey I have the same pain on my left side at my dimple from 2-3 weeks 😢 please , what's actually the reason? And Is it risky? sacred right now 😢🥹😭 help me🙏
It's been 3 years now living with lower back pain on my left side and it worries me as I went to doctors they cant see anything. Even on the X-Ray at the Hospital nothing shown. The physiotherapy told me that I have to exercise becos its muscle cramp. But I don't believe that, I feel that there is more into this and I pray to God that one day this pain will dissaoear😢😢
Had back pain for years. Just shrugged it off as a consequence of getting older and having a job that requires lots of heavy lifting. I even lost 50 pounds on purpose hoping that it would help my pain. But it didn't, it kept getting worse. I wasn't sleeping well and eventually had lots of pain when walking. I broke down and saw a doctor who ordered an x-ray. The x-ray showed a "spot" on my lower back so the doctor ordered an MRI. It was a 4 inch tumor in my sacral area with metastases along my lower back, ribs, and iliac bones of my hips. I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. I was prescribed percocet and ibuprofen which was miraculous for alleviating my pain. After getting radiation therapy and chemotherapy, I am now in remission and completely pain-free while continuing my physically demanding job. My back feels better than it has in years! What's worrisome is that it took a 4 inch tumor to show up as a "spot" on an x-ray. If I had seen a doctor when the pain first started, the x-ray wouldn't have shown anything.
Hey please reply..my dad is also going through this...he was having backapin and now he is going through cancer of unknown primary ...and having cancer cells in his backbone.what should we do?
Wow . How many years ? And you did you have pain all the time or just at night . I only have mine at night & apparently that’s a red flag . I’ve had mine for over a year but my mobility it fine
My lower back started having pain issues a month ago that can move between the left, center, and right. Psoas stretches and strengthen exercises this past week has been improving it to when I can actually bend over again without the pain flaring.

5-years ago, I have felt chronic back pain for more than 3-months consistently even I see with many different local private hospital but it worst and worst. Finally I went to big private hospital at Thailand, took proper diagnostic MR ray, took necessary operation by specialist doctor, then pain gone away .
So my lower back pain started from 1. Not working or even working out for three months straight 2. Bad posture for those three months while gaming “gamer position” in a chair that didn’t properly support my weight and the right side of the seat (same side as my back pain) was broken and had me leaning right. 3.Getting a job and not taking it easy, staying bent over in the sink, picking up two boxes at a time that weighed 74 pounds together with bad posture as well. My pain has been lasting these past few weeks and only grew worse while having been working again. I’ve been combatting this by fixing my posture in bed making my back as straight as possible and laying on it for as long as possible before falling asleep. And also double and even triple checking my posture in my chair while I play since I don’t have money for a new one quite yet. Today the pain has receded but I can tell it’s still inflamed and I am taking it as easily as possible at work tonight.
I have recurring lower back problems because of stupidity. That stupidity was the destructive habit of smoking and because I now have three deteriorating vertebrae I'm unable to do the things I loved to do. Off and on road cycling. Walking long distances with the dogs. I'm unable to work for more than three hours at a time before the pain, which I almost always have, becomes unbearable. I even have difficulty putting my socks and shoes on. What's worse, is that it gets increasingly more difficult for me to get in and out of the car. Stupidity has restricted my life so much I'm beginning to feel useless. Nothing helps to ease my problems, not therapy, not painkillers. Don't smoke, folks.
@@smollgar There are many, many detrimental health problems attached to smoking and I'm sure you realise this. The specialists know this because after examining my scans they carried out a series of tests/biopsies to determine what had ultimately caused the damage. But I consider myself very fortunate in many respects. My health problems could have been much, much worse.
I'm not sure how you directly attribute that to smoking.. of course smoking is bad and causes health problems.. but back pain is way more complicated than that, of course many nonsmokers have back pain too.. There's a good chance you would have back issues even if you never smoked.. but I guess we'll never know lol
@@AMM3. Are you selectively reading? Did you conveniently skip by the bit where I clearly mentioned the tests carried out? Those tests were to determine what had caused the deterioration of the vertebrae. The specialists made the connection. I did not. I had stopped smoking long before I began experiencing problems with my back.
@@Dylanesque no, I didn't read the whole thread. Just the first comment I replied to. A main contributing factor, sure I believe that. The sole factor? I'm not buying it.. there's too many people smoking a pack a day without back problems / too many non-smokers with back problems to make that dirrect correlation. But I guess we'll never know lol
I’ve had back pain for 2 months. My back keeps tensing up, and spazzing. I could be drinking water, and then random back spasm, I’m scared to move at all, every movement makes my back twitch and spazz out, so most of the time I’d sit in a chair and stare into nothingness before I get up
As an 11 year old, my lower back was hurting from gymnastics for 3 months, (it still hurts) I wen to X-ray and he said it looks a little thin, I wen tot the mri at today they said everything is fine, but it hurts so much.
Go and see another doctor and keep going. An 11 year old kid shouldn't have back pain as you get older it may get worse if not sorted. Ask to see a specialist in backs or spine. Hope this helps.
Had back problems for 40 years,1 surgery to 2 discs, multiple spinal injections and have developed stenosis, which has made it hard to walk 2 blocks.Hard laborious work and doubling as a floor- jack once in awhile has taken its toll. Ive managed by keeping " the core" in good shape and work more ergonomically, and try to keep weight down.Every day stretches and excercise as well as work has worked for a long time.70
The problem with stenosis and nerve impingement is that stretching and exercising is counterintuitive because the nerve will tell the muscles to tighten more. It’s very hard when the nerve is impinged, and I have my doubts about your knowledge of that.
@@JJbro-rt5zuit could be, depends on how free your nerve is, if there’s a disc herniation compressing the nerve, and you have severe sciatica nerve pain in your legs, stretching may be bad.. if you have back pain, but no leg pain, I think stretching is good. I personally have little back pain, but the leg pain is excruciating, and stretching makes that worse.
@@nonenothing1706 does it discuss sciatica and the immobility from nerve impingement that I’m saying? Because back pain is an easy fix.. failed surgery and pinched nerves is not an easy fix.
I've been doing dsme thing for 7 months now. My family Is messed up and nobody is helping. I'm broke and I can't work. All I do now is pray and hope coz the healthcare in my country (Nigeria) is a nightmare.
I’ve had gradually worsening low back pain for at least 14 months now. And now my shoulders are also becoming arthritic as well as my knees. I’m starting to think it’s being caused by inflammatory bowel disorder. I’ve never been diagnosed with it though. I made an appointment to see my doctor last year and it took like 3 months to get in. Then ordered an x ray and blood test with follow up in another 2-3 months. No conclusion from those tests. I have new insurance and a new doctor that takes effect in January. Hopefully they can solve this. I have a very hard job doing gardening / landscape work and I’m drowning in bills so I don’t know what I’m going to do. I’ve honestly thought about just ending it all but I don’t want to give up like that.
Hopefully you'll get some answers in January. Wish you the best. There are chronic pain and neuropathy audios here on youtube that may help alleviate your pain. I'm not a doctor, but living in pain is the worst and that's one way to cope. Almost half a million people who watched this video are in the same boat. Get well soon.
Try and get a non physical job, I think you'll be OK. There are lots of people out there that can help. I find that I have to exaggerate to the doctor's, that helps them move a bit quicker. All the best, you'll be ok 👍
@@keithchegwin1222 I wish I could find someone to help. I do finally have a doctor’s appointment with my new insurance. Oh believe me I’ve been trying to find a non-physical job - nothing I’ve found that I seem qualified for pays even remotely enough to cover my bills though. I just keep trying to discern what God’s will is for me through all this. Still haven’t gotten there and the message I get is to just keep going one day at a time.
As a 16 year old, ive been experiencing back pain for over a year now, im a figure skater and its been hurting me so much whenever i have to sit down. It all randomly started when i felt like cracking my back after a while of not doing it but it just wouldnt work anymore. Ever since ive been feeling like i need to crack it but i cant and its really bothering me because it hurts aswell. It mainly hurts on my right side but this week, the lower part of my spine has been hurting aswell which is unusual. About two times ever since the pain started, the pain transferred to my left side for a couple hours and ive recently found out that i stand crooked.. I considered that the back pain couldve come from bad posture but what if the bad posture comes from a problem from within?? im going to schedule a doctor’s appointment and hopefully update as soon as i find out about anything.
@@farhanzafarmemon3895 Im also 35, had lower back pain on the left for around 6-7 years, went to do MRI and it shows that I have cyst. Go do MRI too if you didnt. If its cyst it can be cured with painkillers(ibuprofen for example), anti-inflamatory medications.
I’ve been dealing with back pain for 3 years now. I’ve seen 2 GPs, 2 Chiropractors, 3 physiotherapist, 1 biokineticist and 2 Orthopaedic surgeons. Yo, its likely inflammation from a food you are intolerant to. I had stabbing horrible pains for around a year til i quit gluten. It disappeared like i was never crippled. Please try an eliminatation diet for 2 weeks and see if it relieves you. I feel your pain, i seen 10 doctors and landed inbthe ER thinking my entire body was shutting down.
I don’t want any money or even a thank you for my advice. I don’t mean to scare you but there is a cancer called multiple myeloma. One symptom is horrible back pain. Have a blood test for it. It is extremely rare. You probably have something else but you must rule out cancer. God bless you. I will pray for you.
I've been living with back pain since last year June, but the problem is any time I go to the hospital, they end up giving me painkillers and recommending I do thorough exercise.
The biggest scam , especially when even better advice you find online, is doctors or the people who earned the right to play with other people's lives, taking no responsibility whatsoever, you are luck if they guessed your remedy with the least side effects
Go to a neurosurgeon. I have had 4 ruptured discs and a wonderful neurosurgeon operated on me all 3 times. Thanks to him I have no pain and live a normal life.
worried when i couldnt lift more than 2kgs in 10 reps. sit or stand, walk for 30 minutes after the 2kg activity. too much radiculopathy, tingling in back and legs. had it since 2020 after heavy lifting at work. still going on in 2024... tried everyting. nothing worked.
My age is 29, I have severe back pain and it's unbearable, it increases when I cough or bend forward. Initially it developed from a back injury, then increased due to sitting for hours during gaming or study. I assume I might have Ankylosing spondylitis, my back pain started 6-7 years ago, and it has intensified since then. I have no medical history of treatment for this pain and I have not went to any doctor yet or got X-ray of my back. I usually smoke a lot and don't do exercise or walk, I'm pretty sure this has also affected my health. I need help to get rid of my back pain as soon as possible because it's making me unable to do work or concentrate on anything.
I am suffering from low back discomfort since last one week. I lost my sense some days back when I was trying to compress the area where the pain was occuring.
I got mashed between 2 trucks in 99 and went back to work a month later--- worked HARD til 2018 and I got to hurting so bad I couldn't do it any more. A lot of my pain is from the injuries- and a lot is from sitting- since I hurt so bad the workouts I DO perform are hard enough.. and I can't do any more yet.. Fortunatley I know reflexology, acupuncture- and hypnosis.. which helps.
Summery: There are two types of back pain according to this video; 1.musculoskeletal And 2.pathological The the first is caused by strain to the physical structures of the spine It could be something like your spinal cord or discs being damaged . Often these injuries can recover, but you should go to a doctor for diagnosis. Pathological damage can be ; °Infection °Cancer °Fractures °Autoimmunity Or °Nerve damage And can be far more concerning. Look for the duration of the pain and go to a doctor if pain lasts longer than 6 weeks or if the severity only continues to get worse and not better over time. Look for fever . If your old, a woman over 50 or are taking medicine that can effect your ammune system. Pay careful attention to your back. If you lose a lot of weight it can be cancer. Go to a doctor! Stiffness could be an issue although it's rare. Go to a doctor anyway. Oh and uh ..if your junk ain't working like it should it could be nerve damage, don't wait until you piss yourself, see a doctor. If your legs are weak or in pain it can also be nerve damage. You can also have chronic pain if the back pain has lasted for longer than 12 weeks and the doctor doesn't know what's up...look that up.
I had a back injury on my job 9 years ago due to improper heavy lifting. I heard and felt a popping noise and suffered the worst kind of pain I’ve experienced. I was rush to the hospital and I was told I a sprain injury and need to be in bed rest for a week. As of 2023 I still have back pain.
Exactly what happened to me. A sprained it once deadlifting at the gym and another time a few years later at work. The one at work sucked real bad. I think I was about 35yrs old. I'm 45 and still dealing with it. Not fun at all. I miss feeling free from it.

Had a job where I had to be on my feet 8-10 days lifting heavy items for 15 years.. My back was tingling and going almost numb, but I heard a pop like a balloon, and instantly felt something warm oozing down my spine. Found out it was degenerative disc. Spinal fluid leaking.
Everytime i do heavy lifting( moving furniture, boxes and such), my hip, back get me in horrible pain, turning in bed is excruciating, getting up, walk ,sit etc, but after almost 2 weeks its gone. I dont go to the doctor about it, because the cause is always the same, heavy lifting and most likely bad posture while doing so 😅 Thank you for this video😊
Ive had severe back pain for 4 years. I initially had a herniated disc, which caused leg pain too. That resolved after 15 month's, MRI showed reabsorption and the leg pain stopped, however i have cheinic stiff painful lower back and latest MRI showed moderate spinal stenosis and facet joint inflammation. Physio helps somewhat, injections did nothing. I had to quit work. I bought a massage gun which helps. Good luck all !

The inflammation in my body was so high, I had to take two additional tests. The damage it did was irreversible. I'm 47
At 22 years old, after working several jobs including package handling at FedEx, roofing, waitressing/serving food at weddings so on and so forth,I've noticed I have pains and aches in my lower back if I stand or twist a certain way for extended periods of time. There's been times where I've turned and had a shooting pain in my upper tailbone/lower back that would make my right knee buckle for a few minutes. Every time I tried to apply pressure, just kept giving out. After a few minutes of rest, it was okay. Minus the twisting and cramping in my back, I was okay. Both parents have history of multiple different back problems. Slipped disks, pinched nerves, lower spine degeneration/degradation, idk which it's called exactly.
I too worked at fedex, I was a driver for fedex ground for around 2 years and that job made us life 150lbs with no dolly or jumper. There were points in my life where I literally could not put on my own boxers or socks. A few times my knees buckled and gave out due to pain and there were moments were I couldn't even lift more than 30lbs or bend even in the slightest without severe pain. To this day I still can't even roll over in bed without my back in crazy pain, I have to sit up and turn just to roll over in bed, and if I sit on a curb or on my bed where my knees are to my chest it takes a good 20 seconds before I can stand straight up due to shooting pain. As of right now I am a semi truck driver and my back pain has caused my hips and knees and ankles to hurt pretty bad. There is no good ending to this but I just wanted to share my story for anyone who wants to talk and also because everyone else is sharing there's so yea, poor reason for sharing this but here it is.
I wish both of you health and wealth that you don't need to work that hard to earn a living that you lose your health in that process and i wish a good and easy and happy life for you.

I have got an Xray and MRI done which they found mild degenerative disc disease in my L5-S1. I have done injections to my back, gone to PT and do stretches which help but the pain has gotten extremely worse during the night. I can relate to the intense pain you feel. A Dr. wrote me a script for water therapy. I have DDD, scoliosis, arthritis in my feet, knees n back. We must strenthen our muscles. Ive only had Xray. Hoping to get MRI one of these days.
Have you seen an orthopedic surgeon yet? I highly recommend you do. You need a full work up as well as an MRI. My surgeon started off with the least invasive things to see if you improve. I had physical therapy. For many people this works. I then had cortisone injections. Unfortunately for me nothing worked. I tried everything. This doesn't mean that it'll be you however. You won't know until you try. The most telling thing is having an MRI done. You want to rule out a tumor or other pathological problems with your back. I ended up with a spinal fusion on L4 L5, L5 S1. It worked, but they only did that after a discectomy and a few laminectomies that didn't get rid of my pain. I had severe sciatica running down my left leg. My leg had become weak because of the nerve being pinched. After the spinal fusion all the pain was gone. I had it done in 2011. I wish you the best.
I've had back pain for 3 months straight now. Was suspected to be sciatica, also had pain down the leg. The pain down the leg has since eased. But now I'm experiencing really bad stiffness. I've had osteopath treatment for 2 months. Get good days and bad days, but when I get the flare ups, I'm physically wiped out. Trying to get a referral for a scan now. Driving is the most difficult, something I have to do a lot for work, I've tried buying a cushion for the seat, now bought a lumbar support. Would love answers as to what is causing it now

I've been having lower back pain since 2022, around the end of that year. Initially it was just discomfort and no noticable pain, then it started getting worse. Next was sitting which i couldn't do for long periods of time, the same with driving. And now for the past several months I've had very noticeable lower back pain where even sleeping facing any side caused pain, not extreme levels of pain but it's difficult to explain it. I went to see a chiropractor two months ago and I felt difference on my middle back pain now it at y lower back I didn't know what to do now because I go to the doctor he injects me and gives e some tablets. I even asked for an x ray and the doctor told me there's a space in between and my disk is not right
I had low back pain when i was working out and when i drove the car, my lower back starts to be painful but now it lessens its tendency though sometimes it returns usually when i wake up
I have been experiencing lower and upper back pain for years I got to numerous doctors and they said nothing was wrong even the neurologist said it was because of the deficient b12 levels gave me injections and medicine it works but alongside periods the pain comes back sometimes the pain is excruciating. My lower back pain started after taking b12 injections it was only upper back pain. I couldn't exercise when the b12 levels were low because I used to get dizzy easily but now I can exercise so exercises and stretches give major relief but some days don't even work especially when periods are near
I’m 24 and my back kills me all day every day but, I know that it’s from slouching too much playing video games when i was younger. Now I don’t really play games as much but my back and posture are so bad, it’s to the point that when I try stand up straight I can’t for too long because it actually hurts to stand straight. Been trying to figure out how to fix this bc I’m too young for back problems but idk if it’s even possible, if anyone has anything to help please do let me know.
I just got over a massive pain. Couldn’t even stand up. All I could do was lay on the floor for three days. Finally I got better. Doctors are horrible. I thought it was internal. I lift weights and I’m very active. So I didn’t really know what happened. Turns out I was helping my mother get a new tv. And messed up my back lifting a tv. And guess what? That tv was so light I could lift it with one arm. I guess I moved in a wrong position. Man it hurt. It went away after about a week. Also I sleep on my back 99% of the time. So my lower back is always kinda in a little pain/sore. It feels bad getting old
I have been having back pain on and off since I was 19 years old. I’m now 35 and tired of these pains. If I don’t exercise or have a bad posture. It hurts.

This is me. Quite painful and discomforting
That's exactly how I feel!
I feel a big knife inside my bulging disc 😭😭😭😭
I have suffered from low back pain in the same area on my left side at my dimple in my back. It makes me miserable and lowers my quality of life and living. I can barely walk several feet before the pain starts; therefore I walk with my rolling walker and it helps alleviate some of the pain. I have taken so many pain killers that I am now concerned about my liver. I am now having bladder and bowel problems whereas, I can barely control them at times. I want to give up, but I do believe that the God I serve has a plan for me. I have read all of these comments and my love, support and prayers go out to you all. God Bless

5-years ago, I have felt chronic back pain for more than 3-months consistently even I see with many different local private hospital but it worst and worst. Finally I went to big private hospital at Thailand, took proper diagnostic MR ray, took necessary operation by specialist doctor, then pain gone away .
I’m happy you’re feeling better 🤗!
How did smoking cause this???

@@greg9069streching and exercising is bad? I do some everyday is that why I don't inprove?
@@JJbro-rt5zuit could be, depends on how free your nerve is, if there’s a disc herniation compressing the nerve, and you have severe sciatica nerve pain in your legs, stretching may be bad.. if you have back pain, but no leg pain, I think stretching is good. I’ve had gradually worsening low back pain for at least 14 months now. And now my shoulders are also becoming arthritic as well as my knees. I’m starting to think it’s being caused by inflammatory bowel disorder. I’ve never been diagnosed with it though. I made an appointment to see my doctor last year and it took like 3 months to get in. Then ordered an x ray and blood test with follow up in another 2-3 months. No conclusion from those tests. I have new insurance and a new doctor that takes effect in January. There are two types of back pain according to this video;
1.musculoskeletal
And
2.pathological
The the first is caused by strain to the physical structures of the spine It could be something like your spinal cord or discs being damaged . Often these injuries can recover, but you should go to a doctor for diagnosis.
Pathological damage can be ;
°Infection
°Cancer
°Fractures
°Autoimmunity
Or
°Nerve damage
And can be far more concerning.

@@wadewalker118 Hope you feel better soon. Today was the first time after 4 weeks I could work full 5 hrs with slight discomforts. But sometimes we do need to see a physio or doctor if it's serious
Oh shit. That might be me. I had really bad back pain right before my period is that a thing?
I've had lower back pain frequently for over a year. But I suffer from scoliosis and a benign tumour in my spine. Its horrible
please make a video of chronic back pain! I've had it for going on a year now - and its gotten worse as time goes on. I have got an Xray and MRI done which they found mild degenerative disc disease in my L5-S1. I have done injections to my back, gone to PT and do stretches which help but the pain has gotten extremely worse during the night. I find myself crying out in pain when I try to turn or move positions in bed because my lower back feels shot out. I've iced it, tried pain meds (rarely since I don't want to become dependent on pills), I sleep with pillows beneath my knees. I am desperate for help. I am also only 35 years old. In the cold weather it's worse my back stiffens up and I use a heating pad. I no longer lift any heavy weights and stick to body weight or very light weight exercises. I am trying to find tips and advice from anyone experiencing similar pain as me so please comment back if you are reading this!! Ty!
It is better to seek advice from physiotherapist who not only can help you strengthen the correct muscles to reduce/avoid pain but also correct your posture.
Bro how was the in pain in starting because am also scared of disc? And in the starting in which areas did you felt Pain? And what were other Symptons
Please tell , thank you
I can relate to the intense pain you feel. A Dr. wrote me a script for water therapy. I have DDD, scoliosis, arthritis in my feet, knees n back. We must strenthen our muscles. Ive only had Xray. Hoping to get MRI one of these days.
Please don't get any more epidural infections they can make back problems much worse in the long run
Would love answers as to what is causing it now
No.7 is also an outcome of piriform damage and sciatica. Thanks for the video, good to know I don't need to worry too much about my back pain!
Nice video. And love your skillshare specific recommendation.
I developed lower left side back n neck pain a year after rightside hip replacement..
I developed back pain since yesterday I had just done cleaning car,the pains unbearable it's hard to even grab anything from the ground,
Is it lower back pain?
How's it now?
Very important video. Please share more on it. Thanks from Bangladesh.
I have back pain for 3 months now and Dr couldn't figure out what it is it's lower left side tospecifically tiny area I feel it sometimes not very single time.
Age 19
me since 2007, I was bending about 45 degrees to push a heavy box and BAM. the first 4 years were brutal, but it got calmer overall after but I always get pain spikes that last a few weeks every once in a while. sometimes literally just by bending to wash my face in the sink.
Like a constant buzz in your lower back that persists.
I can't go on long walks, can't sit for long, I'd have to constantly move around while sleeping as well.
Same with me. Went to physiotherapist too but no use. Planning for X ray. Let's see
I’ve had scoliosis since birth and now that I’m in my in my 50’s I pretty much have pain every day, sometimes my back gives out or I have sciatica and I can hardly stand up. My doctor told me years ago that there wasn’t anything they could do because spinal surgery could land me in a wheelchair for the rest of my life. It’s so frustrating !! 😢
Can I tell you about my back pain, my back pain is going on now for over 10 years, or more...first I use to feel pain in my left foot from my back downwards to my ankle, right across my lower back, now the pain has moved to my right foot, my toes feel like they are dead...i am now walking like a cripple, from pain in my right ankle...I am so worried about it, honestly don't know where this comes from, I am 44 yrs about 170 lbs, I have to now walk and drag my right foot...if I lay on my back and pull my stomach way in I can feel the pain in my back, sometimes I feel like to use a hammer and beat it..
So usually whenever I’m at work I feel no lower pain at all, if anything work helps it. Its when I have days off and I sleep in late where it really starts to hurt. Can’t even relax on my days off
I have been struggling for the last 3yrs with lower back pain, on my left side and really worried as the older I get its more painfull
Mine stayed for like a month and it was severe..... doctor gave me supplements (calcium, iron , sodium etc etc)and it went completely......now again , it has started after 2 months...... don't know what it is exactly due to ?? Can someone with similar situation tell if its due to deficiencies or any other problem??
I am only 29 and I all of a sudden was struggling to move bend over and even sit down, plus the pain from my back wouldtravel into my knee. That happened for about 2 to 3 days now I am dealing with shoulder pain and I can barely move my head and lay down. I have tried the lidocaine patches that my mom gave me.
Same is happening with me
My back pain started 1.5 year ago when i drove a car in a very hot weather and 4 straight hours. I was a very new driver at that time so my lower back didn't get any rest due to my bad sitting posture, after 4 months i had a little pain when a crazy idea came in my mind to lift the weight and try fixing this pain by myself but it got worst, didn't even allow me to bend. The X ray reports are clear but it still hurts me when i bend down or try to lift something. Don't know how i can get rid of this pain
idk i first had some pain near the back of my Ribs then i now have kinda of a low back pain tough i think it on the muscles, not the one coneccted to the spine,
How do we know or test if it involves cancer?
Ask for mri or ct scan
Don't forget the SIJ It took me 7 years to get a fusion done on my left side. They overlook it because it won't show on an MRI.
How is it diagnosed
It shows on a mri champ..
Please tell me more about bulges in the spine .I'm suffering severely and there seems to be no cure .thanks.
Me too
Lower back left side mostly stiffness।।।।। Difficulty moving forward and side bending
THANKS FOR THE VIDEO 💖
It all started suddenly and I thought I was having a kidney stone and then got sick like laughing and the coughing made it worse but now the coughing has been gone for days and the back pain comes every time I sit too long.
Have you seen a doctor ?
Great, clear and informative video. I have just subscribed!
Frankly I'm tired of seeing doctors for my back pains which has been going on for years,it's now at the point where there's pain in by navel all the way up under my breast and it's only on my left side can you help me
Suffer from lower back pain over 12 years now,i nead help
How about Spinal Stenosis?❤
I workout, avoid fastfood and excess drinking, do my stretches, and still i have immense backpain that comes back every winter..
Have you done the video on chronic pain? Would chronic pain include pain off and on over 5 years? I suffer an injury every 6 months or so. My Dr says it’s because of hyper mobility. I also have SI joint issue, L4 & L5 issues and now chronic hip pain. This last injury occurred after a sneeze! My back went into spasms and I am in almost 2 weeks of pain that worsens as day goes on. Low back pain that spreads down left hip and leg. I have resorted to crawling.
I'm having back pain since 3 weeks ...and it's making me unable to stand even for 1hr ,i had my exam that day due to which i wasn't eating properly and not sleeping properly.im kinda confuse what may be the cause of it.
I used to think that I get low back pain if I don't drink enough water. Is there any correlation between low back pain and dehydration? Bcs now I do full body stretching regularly (almost everyday) but sometimes still get low back pain whenever I feel unhydrated
mine does not hurt at all, mine just cracks quite a lot but only cracks when i try to crack it, someone tell me if this is normal in the reply’s
A lot of back pain is exhausted muscles that never recover and are permanently in a traumatized state
I have bad electrical sensations running bad in my right side.
It is worse in my waiste and hip but it can run all the way down my leg to knee and from hip to my right arm to my hand.
I would like some answers please
I had severe back pain that lasted 24 hours a day for two weeks, then the pain stopped. I had been to the doctor at least five times to find out what was going on and nobody could give me an answer. One time they said I had bleeding in my back but did nothing. But I found out it wasn’t bleeding in my back because I talked to another doctor and he said it was blood vessels protruding and said you need to go in for another MRI in six months. But I never went in.
Excellent video. Thank you!
Mine is in my lower back it hurts whenever I bend forward and backwards. Been resting for over a month
I’m going through It rn, I’m have really bad back pain and both of my feet hurt so bad when I walk and my feet swells up so bad. I’m only 17 and I’m going through this
Hii
Omg same .
Back pain can come from lifting a lot and kidney infection but not cancer And getting old Doctor said I did an x-ray and MRI but it was no cancer or no tumor. It was kidney infection.and lifting a lot I guess every body is not the same
I’ve been engaged in heavy lifting for 33 years, I guess that’s the source of mine, which started about three months ago.
Thanks.
I have back pain and the felopiantupe stmack pain ,what is a course
5 days ago I bent over to pick something up from.the floor, and I was hit by a severe pain in my lower back between the pelvic bones. The pain is still there and painkillers don't help at all. It's not to bad when I'm lying or standing, but getting up and gett8ng back down again sets of a spasm of pain.
Bro how r u now i have the same problem
Musculator pain is the wors!! 😭😭😭
Had back surgery a year ago and my nerves are still not healed I'm miserable and now I have low pancreas enzymes and I'm miserable since my back surgery

My back pain is now going into its 3d year, been in a wheel chair and on crutches 3 times,
Been to osteopaths constantly, it goes away but returns and it’s chronic pain, such a pain I won’t be able to bare it again
I hope you are able to find the relief you need.
Hellow, I suffer alot at my lower back pain, m worried now this has been going on for a couple of years now.
I have no restriction of movements for now I used to have it early. sleeping makes back pain worse.
I have back pain for 4 years, multiple injections, laser theraphy and lastly a full endoskopik surgery but nothing has changed.
This video was the most stressful thing I watched these last months
which doctor should I see to my back pain check up
I am in pain😢...Came here for insights. It hurts
It feels bad getting old
My backpain fluctuate, very difficult to bend down or stand up or even seat down. It runs through my hips and legs as well
I have been having back pain on and off since I was 19 years old. I’m now 35 and tired of these pains. If I don’t exercise or have a bad posture. It hurts.
