From where?
Once you add the live stream app, you’ll click it, and add a custom destination. You enter in the stream key and that other code. That’s in the FB producer - you add it into zoom in the app when you’re setting up your “destination”. Please let me know if this was more helpful
I keep getting "bad gateway" now. I did it one time and it worked, now, nope. Any suggestions?
Hi Melanie, it's strange that you were able to do it before and now it's not working. I'm sorry I can't help. There must be some type of glitch happening.
when i click live streaming the add channel doesnt't appear what did i miss?
You're probably following all of the steps correctly. Many people seem to be having issues or glitches. That might be happening to you as well.
Do I need to add Zoom to facebook somehow? I am not getting it to work.
I don't believe you have to but it doesn't hurt to give it a try
I loved your video thank you I had been using FB live streaming for years but hadn't for a bit and was shocked when it wasn't there. Thank God I came across your video. I followed all of the steps but when I click on the livestream app the side window pops up and then it just swirls and swirls I have logged out of zoom. Refreshed FB etc. You mentioned below deleting the app but I don't see how to do that I have right clicked on it and gone into the app itself. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi Shelby, thank you so much for watching. Other than deleting and redownloading, I'm not sure what else can help. I'm not sure what type of phone you have but if you try google, it may be able to help you on somehow deleting the app.
mine doesn't say "add channel" on the Live streaming app?

So I did this today in front of 90,000 people but the embarrassing thing is that my virtual zoom background didn’t transfer/ during the Fb live video in the group. Instead, my garage was showing. Yet, it displayed on the actual zoom call. Is this normal?
I'm so sorry that happened. I don't use the background features so I'm not sure if this is normal. It might just be a glitch.
so awkward arrrg! I did not have the option to adda new Livestream after I added the app to my Zoom meeting, so I cannot get this to work. Just had to do a recorded meeting and the recorded Zoom video quality is sooooooo bad. I wish there was a better option than Zoom grrrrr. Thanks for making this video tho
oh no, I'm so sorry... Have you tried Streamyard?
When I click the Start Streaming button on Zoom I receive a message :Error: Failed to connect Zoom Services. Please refresh the app and try again. Logging out of all streaming platforms and adding these channels again may solve the error". I filled in all of the necessary URL, key etc. I did it twice. Not sure what I'm doing wrong.
So many people are having similar issues. I'm so sorry that I can't help with the technical issues. Usually when this happens to me, I delete and redownload the app. Maybe that can help

I have the same issue. I am using on my computer using the URL not the app. I might try the app to see if that works.
