In the summer I saw a video on the channel of a tourist from America who arrived at Vnukovo. His cards were not accepted for payment either. A young couple took him to the metro. They paid for his passage on the metro. He got to his station, I think VDNKh. There they helped him find the apartment he had rented. And in the morning a courier brought him a card from T-bank. He really liked Moscow. And then he went to Kyiv. There are many videos on his channel dedicated to traveling.
Greetings to new Muscovites from neighbors. Don't be surprised by the cheapness of mobile services in Russia. MTS has even more favorable tariffs. We use a family tariff and for the same money (about 16 euros) we have 5 SIM cards with unlimited Internet and 500 minutes of calls per month + home Internet at a speed of 1000 Gbps + one digital TV set-top box for 300 channels. Then you can slowly figure it out and switch to these tariffs. You are great, you listened to the advice of viewers of your channel and started wearing a hat. Otherwise, it is very easy to catch a cold in the frontal sinuses in the cold and get sinusitis. Take care of yourself and good luck to you in Russia. The great Russian commander Barclay de Tolly was a native of Scotland and Pushkin dedicated his poems to him: The storm of the twelfth year Has come - who helped us here? The fury of the people, Barclay, winter or the Russian god? So the Russian god will now help your family too.
There are many applications in Moscow where people are ready to give sleds and strollers for children for free or for a minimum fee! This is what you need!

It is very useful to watch your video as I'm American, and i have affairs in Spain... keep the immigration slip always inside your passport, which i know is important there... good luck, guys, and thank you for sharing!
You are right, it is better for foreigners to carry an immigration card with them at all times. Russia has very strict migration laws, so the police can ask you to show it at any time. Of course, you won't be arrested, but you will lose time checking your documents.

Yes. I would have been much more cautious. However, in my case I have a close Russian friend who has used these guys many times for huge sums of money. I went in knowing that unless they decided to turn into scammers over night, then everything was going to go as planned, and it did. You make a VERY important point that people should be cautious. Truthfully, I didn't know at the time (but that is a shallow excuse, because I certainly could have guessed) that this service is being scammed so much. I hope people read your comment. Thanks.
