Incredible what a thorough engineer approach! I wish everybody were so attentive to details! It's my dream - to see weights and other details of everything regarding foiling!
Thank You. Next in testing will likely be something fast, such as the V3 Ypra Slalom or the new thinner system Ypra Race. But that might still take a while.
Nice work! I did not realize my winter neoprene gear weighs that much! 40kmu is not bad at all by the way. I am still at 35kmu with a 1200cm2 Gong YpraS XL :-) and 87kgs without gear.
Howdy from Texas! Excellent documentation and videography! You're quite brave to go out in those freezing conditions. I suppose it's no big deal for you?
Thank you! The weather here is what it is. With modern wetsuits and mittens, there’s no need to freeze. The white snow also prevents the equipment from getting scratched, and no sand gets carried into the car 🙃
Thank You! I carry my iPhone with me on the water and use the Waterspeed app to track speed and distance. The video was primarily filmed with an Insta360 X3 camera, and the speed overlay shown was captured using the Insta360 GPS Action Remote accessory. The speed can be added to the video using Insta's own editing software. It's not the most convenient solution, especially since the remote unit easily loses connection with the camera if the camera stays underwater.
Wow just wow, us mediterranean boys cannot complain anymore about our winter months, great vlog
2 hours by this temperature and furthermore you keep in mind your engineer approach.
Respect.
You've got a new member on your channel.
Awesome Video, love it. Chilled music and cuts, completely underrated Channel! Keep on this great work👏🏼🤙🏼

Thank you. Numbers matter 🙂👍
@@wingsurffi How much only the mast weigh?
This V3 HM85 14mm is 2.16 kg
Excellent analysis and genuine Tampere humor. Respect! 👍🏼
Thanks for a great video! I hope to see more of Gong V3 foils in the future! -Perhaps the V3 Veloce H? 🤔

So strong rider ❄️❄️💪🤙

Hi! Nice video! What app are you using for tracking your data?

I had to stay in my room a bit longer this morning because it was bit chilly at 23 degree C in Na Jomtien, Thailand..😂😂😂😂
Here, we still have to wait 6-7 months for those temperatures 🤷😀
Круто!
hi did you ride on saltwater or sweet water?
Makes a great difference for low end, especially in small foils
Fresh water = lake Näsijärvi.
@@veskupaananen Rahola spot is actually in lake Pyhäjärvi but sweet water anyway :-)
@@JockeF10 Sorry! My bad. Too many lakes in Finland. Actually +150.000 😂
Actually, both sweet lakes are correct. The first clip was from Lake Näsijärvi, and the second one was from Lake Pyhäjärvi 😀
Saltwater has a specific gravity of only 2.5% more than sweet water so what do you mean?
