Ingredients
Bread - 5 slices
Eggs - 3 pcs
Cheese - 100 grams
Butter - 30 grams
Yolks - 5 pcs
Oregano
Salt
Method of preparation
Beat the eggs with a little salt.
We dip the slices of bread and arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper.
We sprinkle abundantly with grated cheese, from which we form a nest, as shown in the video above.
We put a small piece of butter and 1 yolk in each nest.
Salt the yolks and sprinkle the slices with oregano.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C for 10 minutes.
