Cześć! Oto najbardziej interesująca opcja dla tych, którzy mają sentyment do brzmienia z lat 90 tych. Sound Canvas to kwintesencja tamtych czasów. Jego brzmienia były wykorzystywane w wielu profesjonalnych produkcjach oraz w soundtrackach gier komputerowych. Chip SC siedzi do dziś w wielu zintegrowanych kartach dźwiękowych do domyślnego odtwarzania plików MIDI, a niektóre z nich są już ikonami retro gamingowej muzyki (Doom, Duke Nukem 3D czy Final Fantasy 7), ale ta zabawka to kompletna rewelacja, bo zawiera 3 generacje tego modułu co daje nam ponad 1000 brzmień i zestawów perkusyjnych. Do tego fantastyczna klawiatura, przewyższająca mechaniką wiele współczesnych instrumentów klasy popularnej. Brzmienia SC budzą skrajne emocje - od nienawiści do miłości. Ja jestem gdzieś pomiędzy - wiele z nich się osłuchało, ale na ogół były to barwy z najbardziej popularnego SC55. Te nowsze są naprawdę znacznie lepsze. Nie mogą się równać z nowoczesnymi urządzeniami, ale z pewnością mają w swoim brzmieniu pewien urok i mogą być przydatne jeszcze przez wiele lat. Muzyka intro została przeze mnie zrobiona wyłącznie na SK88 pro i sekwencerze Cakewalk 9, jako nostalgiczny powrót do przeszłości. Miłego odbioru! I don't think this sound dated at all, I have the module version the SC-88 Pro that an acquaintence sold to me and I have been
using these sounds in modern productions ever since 2010 when I bought it. This sound module still sounds better than my
Yamaha PSR-295. In fact quite a few of these sounds are still usable and every instrument sound on here at least sounds
vuagely like the real thing. One advantage hardware has over software is that once you buy it you own it, another advantage
is that there is little to no latency and also the samples on this load up instantly. Also for producing music arrangements of
public domain songs such as traditional Christmas carols using something like a Roland SC-88 Pro keeps things simple and
means you can have those same sounds regardless of what computer or operating system you use. There is not one single
sound on here that is unusable.
