I can tell that the system is really complicated and you tried to explain and simplify it so we can understand it better. Thank you for making this and thanks for the video update
The difficulty of this project is insane! And doing it all by yourself without CNC machines must make it even more difficult. I'm down for 1 video a week even if it's not a lot of progress.
dude... the level of attention to detail and dedication here is WILD. This'll probably be the most game/movie accurate real life build anyones ever done. I'm floored by your machining skills. Awesome stuff
Stay strong, I know it’s been super frustrating. Considering how delicate some of the intricacies of this thing are, you must have the hands of a surgeon.
For what it's worth, your suffering and setbacks are our entertainment....I mean, if everything went perfect from the word 'go' just how much would you have to post? Seriously though, appreciate the updates and all the effort you're putting into making this sucker work. Best of Luck!
I can sense the level of frustration you went through, and will surely continue go through with this project. At the same time i feel your maker wisdom has increased a great deal as you progressed. Keep up the good work!
You may hate this project, but the level of complexity you are developing is very impressive. You are tackling this like a true blue engineer. Keep at it!
The level of effort on this build is only surpassed by the level of accuracy necessary... To put it simply, great job on such a complex project! Can't wait for the next vid
This is amazing , and I do want to see the problems you run into while making it. Also, I liked the knife. If you want to make more staff in between to cool off, I'm all for it. Keep it up
"I thought that the blade was completely finished, but it wasn't, because in order for the blade to be completely done, it has to be surgically installed in my arm" ...is how I was hoping/fearing that sentence would end 😂
your dedication is amazing :O I love seeing each update cause you are doing great work! Everything looks a cut above and beyond what other tubers have tried.
My God, dude you have worked your ass off for this project. It is insanely impressive how you precision machine things in your garage. IDK how you even did all that drilling for the bearings without a precision mill.
I just wanted to say, I can hear in your voice how tired and just mentally done with this project, I mean fuck you said it ur self. And man as a fan and fellow maker. Definitely see this one through. But I beg you, once this insanely amazing project is done. Do like 5 super easy but also fun (FOR YOU) projects. I wouldn’t mind seeing like 5 videos after this is done of just you having fun on an easy one. Love you man. Ur doing amazing stuff!
Good vid, thanks for sharing. Just please remember, you don't owe us anything. We watch your content because we like it. It is a minimal commitment on our part and a huge commitment for yourself. As soon as you start guilt tripping yourself into uploading because "we deserve" something is the moment that you start regretting making youtube a job, and nobody wants you to feel like that.
You are doing fine! That is a very complicated project as is, but even more so where you don't have all the fancy equipment most companies that would attempt something like this do! Don't worry about the rate of progress, just show it like it is, the highs and the lows!
Is the Aquaman project still running? Oh man I imagine he doing some showcase with James (hacksmith) and other makers, like a maker battle royale, which one with their gadgets and gizmos, it would be so cool
I think you should sue cd projekt red because this video should have more views and if the launch had gone better you would have more views. (Yes I’m kidding... no you can’t sue for that so please don’t try)
Oh what happend to your patreons 😳 The problems you have, are exaktly the tihings, that I dont think, this makes for a good hidden knife. The Use sticking to it, and it maby bending out of shape But realy nice that you still face the chalange 🦾

Perhaps a simpler project would have been the doom slayers arm blade. But we're proud of you.
The doom blade has those telescoping spikes right? and it's also thicc af, seems hard to work with
You may hate this project, but the level of complexity you are developing is very impressive. You are tackling this like a true blue engineer. Keep at it!
My man went from "yeah I make costumes, props, and cool gadgets" to "yeah, I'm making a highly complicated mantis blade replica."
I'm all for it

Genuinely impressive, I dont think I have ever seen anyone problem solve like you do. Truly an awe-inspiring and intimidating project and journey.

Brother, I can see it in your eyes. Your struggles and pain won't be for nothing. This will be your Master Piece! Keep it up!
It is ALWAYS a pleasure to see you again. You definitely get a ton of credit for staying with this. ✌️❤️
Man you really do deserve a lot more. Everything you do and say is for us. People need to leave more likes.

I'm not paying you, I don't 'deserve' anything. That being said thank you for filming this feat of engineering, its fun to watch.
You are an adult! DO NOT LAUGH AT THE COMMENT "I need to get to it's balls."
*proceeds to laugh*

Love this channel and content, we gotta see this project out.
This is the swiss watch of fiction replica absurdity weapons-- good sir, your masochism is not in vain. These are so cool.
Man, this is coming along nicely but it sucks that you've encountered so many issues. I can't wait to see the finished project!
Thats really really nice work. I can't imagine making something like that.
Remember we're here for the process, not just the product.

This project just looks like a pain to work on, I'm so happy to see progress on it again though, Was hoping you would return soon.

YEAAAAAH IT'S BACK.
Thats pretty wild.
You should try to get a guest spot on safety third. I'd love to hear your contributions to the humourous side of edu-tainment videos.
Will cyberpunk creators come through as a sponsor? @CDPROJEKTRED
that's a fuckton of teeny tiny parts my dude. that's still insane progress.
You can do it!!! 💪

Progress definitely doesn’t have to be made for it to still be good content :)
Keep it up man !!
