    Hey
    For stable air saturated adiabatic lapse rate should be greater than surrounding lapse rate ...your stable air diagram is incorrect

      Good for noticing. You can not have a rising parcel of air if the environment surrounding it is warmer.

      I guess she is pre assuming If there is radiation condition which blows the warmer air up
