I tried this method. It does work but everyone’s different so it only grew my hair one inch. No complaints. I DO NOT mind doing this a lot more. Maybe two weeks a month. I love this method so much!

No No after washing my hair with water my hair is still oily. Which I would expect since oil and water don't mix. How do you get it out with just water?

Okay then, personally I was really surprised to see that this method worked. My hair was 57, and now they're 62, I must also say that I couldn't do not use any shampoo, and I applied a coconut oil and shea butter shampoo. My hair (being clobbered for bleaching) are also back healthy and soft as before, for those who want longer hair in only 4 days, this method is for you! Really recommend :)
From what I've heard you need to use the inversion method only 1 week out of the month, otherwise your body adapts to it and doesn't promote blood circulation. Do the inversion method one week, the rest of the month do the normal scalp massage for 10 mins in the morning and night

Yes guys,it really works.i tried this remedy for 2weeks regularly,as hair growth varies from person to person initially my hair was 58cm ND now it is 64cm(6cm),the only thing I did is mixed some castor with coconut ND peppermint oil mixture,after washing with plain water,i washed with rice water.im gonna try this for another 2weeks.
I would love to rinse off without shampoo, but I cant because I will end up with oily hair. I'v tried it, I have no option to use shampoo..could you suggest perhaps a natural alternative I could use that can remove the residue of the oil from my hair? Edit: Wow people still responding 3 years later, apologies for not getting to you all. In update to my previous comment, I continue to use shampoo and conditioner after coconut oil on the scalp twice a week, it works best fo me. Everyone is different with what works for them. So continue to do you.
Great question! I wish I mentioned this in the video :( you can use a couple teaspoons of baking soda+some water until it turns to a paste.. then massage into the scalp to lather away the oil! And then maybe follow up with the apple cider vinegar hair rinse to dump over your scalp+hair. These are great options to do if you want to avoid using shampoo which you should if you do this everyday for a week. You can use shampoo sometimes during the week (I suggest up to 1-2 times)

@suhanie ksh hello, i have not done this in awhile . You can get it at any grocery store, a jar of coconut oil i have found an amazing product that is awesome. it is called Fast.. Go to amazon and type fast shampoo , get the set that is both shampoo and conditoiner. It is amazing , you have to stick with it and use it daily as suggested but it is guaranteed to grow hair fast and it does if you use it daily as suggested. It is expensive but really works you will see up to 2 inches of hair growth in a month. I am not sure the coccnut oil could do this consisitently , but coconut oil is healthy for scalp and i had scalp issues and hair loss issues so i think that is why it helped for me but i like the shampoo better .

I tried this method and it worked really well! However, instead of using coconut oil + peppermint oil, i used a mixture of argan oil (7-10 drops), jojoba oil (7-10 drops) and peppermint oil (5drops) and massage it into my scalp. By using argan oil and jojoba oil, i dont have to wash it everytime i applied the oil because the my hair absorbs it really well! Thankyou for this tips~❤️😁

For people with protein sensitive hair, the coconut oil will dry out your hair badly. Perhaps substitute with a different oil, such as avocado oil or jojoba oil.

Hey guys it hasn’t been a week it’s only been 3 days and my hair has grown 5 cm from this I’m so happy! Basically what I did was used keratin oil instead of peppermint and put about half a tea spoon on my hand and mixed it with a hand full of coconut oil and put it on my hair and added more if my hair was not completely covered. I did it on the 24 and waited about 3 hours and washed it out without shampoo I didn’t do it again during the three days as it would be to hard to maintain my hair because it gets really frizzy after a shower. On my first day I measured my hair before I put on this hair treatment I parted a piece of hairs that’s were directly in front of my ear so if I measure again it won’t be different as I may have longer or shorter hairs it measured up to 29 cm (btw I straightened it ). And today’s measurements went up to 34 cm I also straightened it to get the right measurements. I’m sorry about my comment it’s kind of messed up like the grammar and stuff but anyway thank you so much fo this!
I will definitely try this. Most of my childhood I had very long beautiful hair that went down to my hips. Then when I was 9 I chopped it all off. Literally right under my freakin ears! I’m 14 now and I STILL haven’t grown it back yet! 😂😭

4 cm in 1 week is a little bit fishy. I managed to grow 5 cm ( 2 inches) in a month by using 1 spoon of castor oil, 1 spoon of aloe vera, 1 spoon of coconut oil mixed together and applied on my hair using the inversion method. However, is a good video in terms of what are you using to grow longer hair. 😊

I am dating a cosmetologist and when I was using coconut oil to grow my hair she told me that coconut oil could only work on someone with very thick/porous hair strands because the molecules of the coconut oil is too big to fit into the... spaces? I’m not too sure of the word but basically for hair like mine and yours all it’s gonna do is build up on your hair cuticle because of the fact that it can’t be absorbed into your hair

I think whether this method works or not depends on your hair type and how much you're applying. Definitely do some research on your hair type before continuing this method. Coconut oil isn't an absolute miracle worker for everybody and can do more harm than good. If coconut oil doesn't work for you, try olive oil, organic aloe vera (NOT tube), castor oil, rice water, or avocado oil. All products do slightly different things but will overall grow out your hair. The only thing with oil is that once oil gets to a certain temperature, the medical properties will be lost and may create toxins. i ONLY recommend keeping the oil on your scalp for 2-3 hours. Any longer than that and it may damage your hair. Rice water and aloe vera, however, can stay on overnight. I've done a lot of research on hair, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.

Okay then, personally I was really surprised to see that this method worked. My hair was 57, and now they're 62, I must also say that I couldn't do not use any shampoo, and I applied a coconut oil and shea butter shampoo. My hair (being clobbered for bleaching) are also back healthy and soft as before, for those who want longer hair in only 4 days, this method is for you! Really recommend :)

From what I've heard you need to use the inversion method only 1 week out of the month, otherwise your body adapts to it and doesn't promote blood circulation.
Do the inversion method one week, the rest of the month do the normal scalp massage for 10 mins in the morning and night

In update to my previous comment, I continue to use shampoo and conditioner after coconut oil on the scalp twice a week, it works best fo me. Everyone is different with what works for them. So continue to do you.
Great question! I wish I mentioned this in the video :( you can use a couple teaspoons of baking soda+some water until it turns to a paste.. then massage into the scalp to lather away the oil! And then maybe follow up with the apple cider vinegar hair rinse to dump over your scalp+hair. These are great options to do if you want to avoid using shampoo which you should if you do this everyday for a week. You can use shampoo sometimes during the week (I suggest up to 1-2 times)

@suhanie ksh hello, i have not done this in awhile . You can get it at any grocery store, a jar of coconut oil i have found an amazing product that is awesome. it is called Fast.. Go to amazon and type fast shampoo , get the set that is both shampoo and conditoiner. It is amazing , you have to stick with it and use it daily as suggested but it is guaranteed to grow hair fast and it does if you use it daily as suggested. It is expensive but really works you will see up to 2 inches of hair growth in a month. I am not sure the coccnut oil could do this consisitently , but coconut oil is healthy for scalp and i had scalp issues and hair loss issues so i think that is why it helped for me but i like the shampoo better .

I tried this method and it worked really well! However, instead of using coconut oil + peppermint oil, i used a mixture of argan oil (7-10 drops), jojoba oil (7-10 drops) and peppermint oil (5drops) and massage it into my scalp. By using argan oil and jojoba oil, i dont have to wash it everytime i applied the oil because the my hair absorbs it really well! Thankyou for this tips~❤️😁

Hey guys it hasn’t been a week it’s only been 3 days and my hair has grown 5 cm from this I’m so happy! Basically what I did was used keratin oil instead of peppermint and put about half a tea spoon on my hand and mixed it with a hand full of coconut oil and put it on my hair and added more if my hair was not completely covered. I did it on the 24 and waited about 3 hours and washed it out without shampoo I didn’t do it again during the three days as it would be to hard to maintain my hair because it gets really frizzy after a shower. On my first day I measured my hair before I put on this hair treatment I parted a piece of hairs that’s were directly in front of my ear so if I measure again it won’t be different as I may have longer or shorter hairs it measured up to 29 cm (btw I straightened it ). And today’s measurements went up to 34 cm I also straightened it to get the right measurements.

I've had about 5 inches cut off my hair and I'm so sad nearly a week later as I didn't realise how much she was cutting off. No. Peppermint oil has a stimulating effect that other oils don't have. Peppermint oil is the main ingredient.

Castor oil increases blood circulation in the scalp so it may work but not as effective as peppermint oil

I’ve washed off the last mixture yesterday and my hair is so super strong and silky now. At the beginning, my head turned to be wavy as af. But I believed it doesn’t really work until I straightened my hair. Unfortunately, I didn’t measure it, buuuuuut my shoulder lenght hair reach armpit lenght now. 4 cm in 1 week is a little bit fishy. I managed to grow 5 cm ( 2 inches) in a month by using 1 spoon of castor oil, 1 spoon of aloe vera, 1 spoon of coconut oil mixed together and applied on my hair using the inversion method. However, is a good video in terms of what are you using to grow longer hair. 😊

I am dating a cosmetologist and when I was using coconut oil to grow my hair she told me that coconut oil could only work on someone with very thick/porous hair strands because the molecules of the coconut oil is too big to fit into the... spaces? I’m not too sure of the word but basically for hair like mine and yours all it’s gonna do is build up on your hair cuticle because of the fact that it can’t be absorbed into your hair

I find that coconut oil just makes my hair really crispy and dry, probably because it just stays on the top layer of it. Olive oil works better for me

i don’t know who will if ever see this comment but here i am texting it. so i am trans boy, in my early transition stage. i used to have long hair as a kid, my brother always had the same and so i haven’t ever feel the need to cut them off to prove something to myself. but as i grew up and now in second year of university, it helps me to “pass” with short hair. but i am not the happiest.
i asked a family member to fix my hair, cut them short, but they ruined it for me, i don’t know if on purpose or not. here i am, hoping they will grow a bit at least around my ears and around my neck; next time am asking my partner to cut them or i do it myself!! 😅 anyways have a good day everybody, after all, it’s just hair and sooner or later it wil be back! let’s keep it up!

I think whether this method works or not depends on your hair type and how much you're applying. Definitely do some research on your hair type before continuing this method. Coconut oil isn't an absolute miracle worker for everybody and can do more harm than good. If coconut oil doesn't work for you, try olive oil, organic aloe vera (NOT tube), castor oil, rice water, or avocado oil. All products do slightly different things but will overall grow out your hair. The only thing with oil is that once oil gets to a certain temperature, the medical properties will be lost and may create toxins. i ONLY recommend keeping the oil on your scalp for 2-3 hours. Any longer than that and it may damage your hair. Rice water and aloe vera, however, can stay on overnight. I've done a lot of research on hair, so if you have any questions, feel free to ask.
