- MOOER has unleashed a brand new multi effects processor which delivers unparalleled amp modelling in its price range and an amazing array of effects and features which will surely impress even the most disconcerting of tone chasers. GE200 houses 55 amplifier models which utilize the same cutting edge technology as MOOER’s hugely successful range of MICRO PREAMPS. These digital amp models will completely recreate the tone, touch and feel of their real-life counterparts.
This mini floorboard contains an entire array of high quality digital effects. Including Compressors, drives, noise gates, EQ’s, modulation, pitch, filters, delays and reverbs. The effects signal chain is fully customizable within each preset allowing each of the individual effects blocks to be internally routed in any order. The 3.5” full colour display makes viewing the UI an absolute pleasure and programming presets is as easy as 1, 2, 3 using the effect blocks dedicated edit buttons.
The built-in expression pedal and 3 brightly lit footswitches provide full control over the GE200 for rocking out live on stage. Providing real-time adjustment to some very special control options like the MERGE feature, which opens up limitless creative possibilities.
The integrated 52 second looper with half-speed and reverse effects, team up well with its optional drum machine and auxiliary input for practicing songs at home with the same sounds you will use live at the gig.
Connect GE200 to a PC via USB to record directly to your DAW. With fully configurable outputs and monitoring, GE200 can be the main hub at your home guitar studio.
All of this is housed in a sleek, brushed aluminium shell which looks fantastic in the home or studio and provides a heavy-duty roadworthy chassis for taking on tour.

I like the sounds but my only problem is that there are only 3 footswitches. I have a marshal effects rack unit, and an alesi midiverb4 effects unit and I have 10 midi pedals to control them and I can switch between my favourite sounds. I am interested in the mooer but the lack of footswitches is the deal breaker

Thanks for the details. I have watched 30 videos on this an everyone changing things by hand. Can this be used like the NUX Cerberus, where you can hit the buttons as pedals? For example, I may have a song where I start with light distortion, chorus, and wha, then in the middle phaser, HEAVY distortion and no wha, etc, back and forth. How do you do it on one of these? I want to sell all of my stomp boxes!

Kemper and Multiamp have power amp in and are great products but they are Heads, in Which you have to plug a midi Pedalboard... imagine you can have all of these features in one piece of gear..

Sounds good, but the strat doesn't sound like a strat anymore. I guess it's because of the eqing that's going on the signal, but it seems that this machine doesn't maintain the timbre of the instrument. The les paul is too muddy to my taste too. Also, it has that thing that most mid to low quality IR cabs have when you strum some muted chords, you know, that mid-rangey saturated squished sound. It doesn't seem to happen to machine like the kemper or the axe fx (with some exceptions). I guess that's what you can buy for the bucks, still, I think that this has a lot of value considering the price range, it's just the best sounding low end pedalboard multieffects I have heard, so gg mooer, looking forward to grab my radar soon ;)

Yeah, GE500 sounds like it could be a very big competitor for the Helix. It could have more footswitches, more presets and the possibility to have a splittable all-in-one expression Pedal (wah/volume or wah/expression or maybe volume/expression) just like the one in the Helix, hoping that it could weight half of a Helix (maybe 2 kg?)

For example imagine linking the battery status of a fuzz pedal to an expression pedal! Damn that would be innovative, they already are with that IR thing (i love it btw, i use rosen digitals free ir loader for a year now for studio purposes)
Also i would love to be able to use 2 IR's at the same time for convolution reverbs and/or stereo cab setups. Some people love that Combo+Cab sound for example.
