How far apart are your rows? I see you are using a three row finger unit similar to the Tilmor package, but you are using it on just two rows. I have my row spacing a three foot, and trying how to address it. Once the plants get some size on them, I take it you narrow your configuration to be able to go down just the middle of the row?
This unit works on all of my beds regardless of spacing. My setup is 1 to 3 rows on beds that are 5 foot center to center. The paths are formed by the wheels of the tractor and end up being maybe 14" wide or so. The rows are 15" apart. In the case of eggplant and peppers we don't plant the middle row so the rows are 30" apart.
