Yeah I rolled this monster bag right & still couldn't get it back in. Had one before that I could. I'll try cramping it in like you showed to see if it will work? TY for the video
I got a Coleman -3 sleeping bag that is as hard as this one when packing it away, I didn’t know you can pack it like that! Will try that way for sure next time lol 😂
Love a flannel lining. I wonder is there one that has an extended flat section where a hood would be? These bags look great but you'll be covering your head.
These one's just have a flat top, Brenton, the Oztent Rivergum sleeping bag is similar though and has a hood - www.snowys.com.au/rivergum-xl-sleeping-bag. ~ Ben
I wonder why you guys no longer have the -12C one. I bought one last year from snowy, omg…no.1 winter camping sleeping bag. Simply toasted in there while can also unzip to make it a doona 😌
Now this is a bag that would suit me perfectly. I don't like being cold, so anything under 24C outside is cool for me. It's 22C outside at the moment and I have jeans and socks on and a warm shirt. I would use this in Winter in the Tropics outside (Dry Season) and it would double as a blanket for my homemade elevated bed thing on the ute for those rainy nights. The price is good too.
@@SnowysOutdoors I just bought the Darche Nero. Fold it in there with all the soft tent stuff and throw the bag unto the roof. Just saves so much time.
It's a good all-rounder, VENGE, and quite similar in warmth and comfort to the Pilbara. I reckon that if you need the durability of a canvas outer and can afford extra weight then the Big Game is a good option, otherwise the Pilbara c-5 is a really goo all-rounder. ~ Ben
These videos are one of the reasons Snowys are my choice for outdoor gear , clear , concise and informative. Great vid .
I'm glad you find our content useful, Luke, thanks for the kudos. ~ Ben
I love your tutorials it makes picking things so much easier along with your easy to use website. Well done Snowys!!!
Thanks so much!

@@SnowysOutdoors I always see your face Lauren when I go on RUclips it's the go to add. 😁
Thanks for this. I’ve tried rolling it and it’s always a pain in the arse to do. Tried stuffing it and holy xrap it’s so much easier. Thanks
I'm glad it was useful. ~ Ben
Best Bag I have used…
I have opened it completely & used as a Dooner Best Ever…
That's great feedback thanks, Kevin. ~ Ben

No worries
~ Ben
I tried & it didn't work. I have the Coleman Big & Tall 20° Big & Tall Bag & it just will not go. Lol

great video thanks for making it, love it, definitely buying one of these too now. cheers snowy's!!!

@@SnowysOutdoors yeah I have the oztrail mega and it's great but a rectangular extension makes sense to me.

Coleman don't make them anymore!

How would you clean it?
Probably a large washing machine on gentle cycle, or hand wash in a bathtub. ~ Ben

Sounds like a good solution for you, Brad, nice durable exterior on this bag too. ~ Ben
Thinking about getting one for a school camp - is this easy to wash?
You can machine wash this, but you will need a big machine. ~ Ben
I have this bag. Its awesome. Warm and comfy but OMG.. putting it back into the bag is a nightmare.
There's a bit of bulk for sure, just stuff it in, it will be loads easier. ~ Ben

Hey Ben, reckon this bag is the way to go for an all-weather car camping bag in AUS? or would I be better served with the Pilbara C-5? Thanks!

@@SnowysOutdoors thank you :)
That thing looks warmer than my bed.
Haha, it would be a pretty warm bag. ~ Ben
Me watching this video for my year 11 camp after 3 hours of trying to stuff my sleeping bag in:
I have red hands and i have newfound anger issues
I hope it was useful, and that your hands heal. ~ Ben
It is a nightmare to pack it up.
Just stuff it in the bag, Wang, it's too hard to roll it, more details on how to do that here - ruclips.net/video/5HYSM87j-m0/видео.html. ~ Ben
