MARIO KART IN SPLATOON 3

Well, not exactly... Introducing: SQUID KART! This is just the beginning of an idea I had one day while waiting for a match in the lobby... then it turned into this... We're hoping to flush it out more and refine it to the point where it becomes even its own competitive mode. We found that it's most optimally played as a team relay race, where the power clam acts as a baton to pass to the next racer on each team after they finish a lap. We'll post some footage of that later on... for now, enjoy this new concept we call Squid Kart!

unironically, if nintendo released like a map maker like Halo's Forge, splatoon would be one of the greatest games of all time.
Imagine all the different game modes you could make and play! Splatoon Mario party, splatoon racing, splatoon platforming, splatoon gun game/arms race, splatoon hide and seek, etc. The potential is limitless.
Splatoon's core game mechanic and movement is just too good and fun to be kept in one genre!!

Oh I do this actually, not the exact thing but every time it’s a party private battle I Ink the part of the map which is an actual track and swim around it with as much swim speed as I can stack. Now and then someone will join me. Good times, great video!
