I can't stress enough how incredible it would be for you to start making full length tutorials. You would become of the best known channels for all of that so quickly lol. Almost 6k subs with FIVE videos lol. Absolutely incredible work!
It me took 5 month of pure work and study, coming back a lot of times to finally today understand what is going on in this video omg, good project, good video
This helped so much getting an inside look at how you approached the retro resolution to look so fantastic, even if its a 2-year-old video it still is great to see the breakdown of your process, thank you!
this deserves much more views, amazing work :D I dont even do 3D modeling or any of that stuff, but I end up watching random stuff like this Really interesting to see how stuff like this is done.
RUclips doesn't know how valuable your content is, you deserve more and more subscribers plus a good verified channel. Your videos and in-depth knowledge of these digital things is phenomenal...loved your work...keep it up....love from India
How could I have missed your channel for this long???? I have a whole new schedule for today ahhahahhaha! To watch every single bit of your videos and suck as much beauty as I can! Thanks in advance for putting out tutorials. Your art is absolutely amazing and inspiring. As a lover of Blender, just to scrutinize your images with my eyes I feel like I am learning a lot! Beautiful, beautiful!
This was super informative. I dont have much experience with Substance Painter, but after seeing this I totally want to learn more about it. The results are stellar. I hope to see more in the future.
Nice video! Love your work and explanation. Some additions that I thought after watching are in the cartridges. They could have some oil and fingerprints as well as the upper part of the gameboy (picture yourself changing cartridges).
as someone thats a newbie at blender i absolutely love the plastic material with the smudges and the plastic. feels very realistic. edit: i aspire to get to the level you are at. so motivating for me.
This is so cool, thanks for sharing the process. I will try to create something similar for my next portfolio piece on artstation and this one will be my main inspiration.
Remember seeing this one on your Instagram. Really interesting seeing your process especially the normal map for the plastic look. Also very handy tip with the anchor As haven't experimented with it that much. love the extra detail of getting the screen res correct too.
Stumbled into this after the behance post. Made me a very happy camper. Really nice stuff, I'm going to use this as a base to try out substance. Properly inspiring!
this is super useful and well done, I come back often to see how you do things and it always improves my work. also I think the gameboy is switched off ;) thanks
Here I am painstakingly marking seams, scaling specific islands to get more texel density on certain parts of the model and figuring out how to neatly pack everything together all manually :/ All along I could've just one clicked the whole proces lmao. I feel betrayed haha. Jokes aside, really awesome texturing job! Have a wonderful day :)
This is really insane! I am getting substance next week because I dont like blenders internal tools (although they are really great tbh, but substance speaks more to me). Is there any video of you modelling the game boy ? would love to see that!
