Brilliant sunset conclusion to this series! Yet, now you got me looking at that 17 to purchase. I also didn't realize that Hawaii was a paradise for tripods. When I go, I'll make sure to bring a bunch with me, and maybe I'll set them free in the ocean there--to be back with their own kind!
Hahaha! You kill me man 🤣 People hate F4 lenses so I'm sure it will get discounted. I do have to say though, that it's probably my favorite lens when it comes to build quality.
Thanks so much :) I'm going to be honest with you. Pretty happy it's done. It was hard getting a video out a day knowing they wouldn't do good numbers but I will always have these videos immortalized on YT. Thanks so much for watching. Back to normal life for me :P
G’day Noi! I really enjoyed watching your Hawaii - vacation video series. Thanks for sharing. As for the lens you were using, I had no idea that it was a 16 mm sigma. It looks like a fine lens to purchase for the Sony ZV E1 vloggers. I’m looking forward to watching your next video 😎✌️
I've never seen a place more beautiful. Then again, I haven't been to many tropical areas. I'm dying to visit southeast Asia. I'm sure the views there must be as magnificent.
Dude, you made it, one vlog everyday for five days straight! :) This series was really fun to watch! Now I'm curious what you will create next :) Btw your nephew really took some very nice shots!
Thank you so much man. Really appreciate the support. I would probably never do this again haha. Yeah he did good right? I still have to send him the pictures. Well, his mom, I don't think he has email yet :P
Thank you. I love shooting stuff like this. More moody and somber. I guess that's why I color grade the way I do. It's hard to make a tropical paradise somber and moody though, but I try whenever I can. As for the lut, look up arri phantom luts for SLOG3. Best purchase I've made. Your videos look phenomenal anyway but it's good to have more color options for sure.
As someone who lives in, and was born and raised in Hawaii, you did more “Hawaii” stuff than I did in the last few years. 😂. I hope to do a Canada series, myself someday. Nice work, my man.
Great way to end your trip Noi! That is a great lens, but agreed that you need the active stabilization 😂 You all went to Leonards at the right time, cause every time I was in Honolulu it was packed!!! I really need to start taking pictures and incorporating them like you have, it's really a nice touch for sure! You spoiled us with all these videos, so I'm expecting more from you now 😂
Haha! Thanks Adam. Leonards is next level. I don't even like donuts but it was so good! Also thanks for the kind words and support. Adding photos to a vlog is great. Really gives it a different feel. I think I'll be doing it more often for sure.
Wow. Such beautiful shots! I really enjoyed this series. I wonder if we lived there if it would we get jaded to the beauty of Hawaii. I don't think so. I totally missed that lens when I was trying to figure out which one you had. Under 300g is phenomenal for FF. I guess what I have to get used to is that F/4 on FF is like F/2.5 on APS-C. You're the first person I saw with the balls to pick up something F/4 so kudos to you for showing just how cinematic you can be with an F/4 lens on FF. I also liked the use of B/W and switching between photos and videos. The casual nature of your vlogs contrast with the more formal look of your photos and it just works. For me, I would use active stab--wondering if it would crop too much though. Hawaii is on my bucket list, even though I've been as a kid I want to go as an adult. I wonder if I could fly into Vegas (not a gambler but flights might be cheaper), then rent a car to Long Beach and take a cruise to Hawaii. That would be my bucket list trip!
Wow, thanks Tim. I always love how much you pay attention to detail. You are right on everything you've said about the lenses. I'm really surprised how an F4 lens can perform so well but I wouldn't recommend it on any other sensor. That base iso of 12800 is insane. An F4 lens in the dark? Who would have thought? And yes, this lens is smaller than my smallest APSC lens which is insane. The crop isn't too bad either on dynamic active. I used dynamic active quite a bit in these videos actually. My conclusion is this is probably the best vlogging lens for this camera due to it's size. I would not recommend it on any other body even the FX3 because if you're going to go that big you might as well not care about the size and weight of a lens and just go all out with a faster and larger lens. Flying out to Vegas and taking a cruise to Hawaii really does sound like a dream trip not going to lie haha. I hope you get to do that.

Great job in the series man. Really relaxing to just watch. Looking forward to future videos

This is beautiful. I love the colors and the lens.
Thank you so much, and thank you for watching the entire series. It means a lot :)

Thank you so much! This makes me happy, and yes the Sigma lens is awesome!
Man the view was awesome. What a beautiful place
Agreed. Looked amazing

@@romankuhler I have an opportunity near the end of the year to go there so maybe :P
@@noisackda2564 Awesome👍 I just know it from pictures, but it must be beautiful there too.

Loved that opener with the sunglasses on the floor. I'd love to try these luts, where can I download them?

Nice imagery. What lens did you use?
Thank you :) I'm using the Sigma 17mm F4
Loved the Hawaii series man, super laidback and fun vibes! Great way to end it!
Thanks Bromeo. :)
base on your experinced like vlogging, low light quality, which camera is can you recommend? zv-e1 , fx30, a6700?
For low light hands down the ZV-E1.
