    That diagonal step explanation... Absolutely the best one! Without the word "diagonal" I didn't know what I am doing.

    Great video! Really appreciate that he is actually using a kettlebell during the explanation to see the tension... Not many people can do such a long tgu!!

    Great explanation of that first movement. A lot of other tutorials gloss over it too quickly IMHO.
    I always bridge on the way down. Is there anything wrong with that?
