i could add a Day Bed, a bar counter on the window, a swing, reading area, lanai w/outdoor coffee table, outdoor dining & a small pond to cure boredom. 1m ceiling addition could give air to your loft, but you really need an air condition sir..
Gnyan din gusto ko less clutter more time for more meaningful activities. Kailangan lang talaga lupa
if ganito lang ang mindset ng mga gustong magka mansion o malaking bahay, I think people's minds would not be cluttered, more meaning and intentional way of living, more time for fun things and less time to mind the things around us since di naman marami ang mga gamit, and a big plus would be mas maganda ang environment (masarap ang simoy ng hangin, di masyado maingay sa paligid, and mas malaki ang lupain for our mother nature.
Kaya lang naman gusto ng iba ng malaking bahay dahil malaki ang family nila, dami kids kaya need ng big house Ang ganitong tiny house bagay lang sa mga single or couple only na walang kids.

Wow... I really love this, When.. if when go home there to retire... actually that's all I need! Wait a minute..so 350k to USD is 6,300 😲 .. if so, I'm going home! Why rent here in U.S. when I can have my home there!
Could be, but don't expect that price if you will build it in the city. Also most probably the cost is just the building not including the lot. Based on your picture you are still young, so on your retirement age maybe 30 years from now. Considering inflation, the price will be more than 1m pesos on your retirement age.
@@fvanced I live in the city here... Had enough of it.. if anything else would be somewhere in the province! I'll just make sure I have proper basic needs as water tank and solar panels for electric!

@@fvanced😂lol Ikaw naman, porket di na nagreply di na naintindihan 🤣 pwede bang di lang naka on ang notif? It’s from my own opinion at personal experience din naman. maaaring di ako ganun kagaling mag English pero I am a civil engineer by profession so I know the terms mula foundation hanggang fit out sir/mam. Anyway, the plants on top might not even help. Kung nasa shade ng puno (na unusual din naman) maaaring maging presko pa kapag summer pero kapag maliit, mababa ang ceiling at konti ang ventilation, mainit ito sa summer especially wala yatang AC.
@@10OZDuster the ceiling is too low for the bedroom and also not enough ventilation. Maybe he can add insulation but it might destroy the design of the house. One possible solution also is to put a window type AC. I don’t know if the plants on the roof top can help. Based on my experience (tho our house has a lot of indoor plants), the plants might not help during summer. Try to sleep with just small fan like the one shown in the hot months of April or May and let’s see. If the owner can see this, maybe he can advise if I’m wrong or right.
