I like the split type nagkaron talaga ng defined spaces para sa mga room kahit na 96sqm lang yung lot. ang laki ng naging total floor area kasi nakafirewall both sides. Some subdivisions have restrictions about firewalls to promote airflow. Hopefully this house will still serve its purpose when you're old, I can only imagine yung dami ng hagdan baka di kayanin ng tuhod ko. 😅

That’s the problem with incorporating a high ceiling in a home. Yan din sana gusto ko sa dream home ko that’s being built at the moment kaya lang sayang ang space pang 2nd floor. We made the ceiling higher na lang for the full 1st floor and because we did this, we will be having 4 bedrooms and 1 maid’s room in total. Buti na lang I decided to avoid the high ceiling eventually.

And 25 years from now, imaginin mo kung magkano rin naipon nila for retirement? Ngayon, sabihin mo sakin kung hindi pang "long-term" ang ginawa nila?
when you build a house, make sure that the living room is the biggest part of the house! because that is where you entertain your guests aside from the main dining room. The stairs are placed in the middle of the house and became the focal point of the house which is a BIG NO! 2.5 m cost of the house is absolutely misleading! give us the exact amount you spent to build that house and not based on the default cost of the house.
Nagpapatayo ako currently ng bahay sa province and I don’t believe this is only worth 2.5 million. My running bill is already at 4.8 million for a 200 sqm 2 storey house. 90% finished na. Sana po dinisclose niyo yung real cost because this video is misleading. Ang mahal na magpatayo ng bahay ngayon.

Lot and house na 2.5M grabe nga di ko rin maisip pano napagkasya yon. Parang lahat ng video dito sa OG puro 1M-2M lang ang bahay sobrang unrealistic.
